Overall interesting and stylistically too. It's worth a look if you like the genre. However, there are critical jambs in the script that break the logic of the entire confrontation and spoil the impression (I haven’t read Philip Dick’s book to compare). I will try not to spoil much and express the essence of the joint streamlined.

One model of screamers is obviously useless: slow and therefore easily destroyed, but it requires clearly more resources to produce than the simplest models (which are clearly cheaper and more efficient due to speed). And here in the film there is an absurd scene where the most brake screamers formed an army in the style of "100 slow morons is a force, we will crush you with mass", instead of using these same resources to make an absolutely indestructible army of simpler screamers. And if you continue to think, with even the simplest models and the resources they obviously have, the antagonist faction should have won this war long ago.
