After Earth is ravaged by a great religious war, an atheistic android architect sends two of his creations, Mother and Father, to start a peaceful, godless colony on the planet Kepler-22b. Their treacherous task is jeopardized by the arrival of the Mithraic, a deeply devout religious order of surviving humans.
Wildly boring, absolutely uninteresting after the third series of the plot. All the action takes place in two locations. At the beginning of the first two series, some action occurs, riddles are given, after which they do not develop. The characters were sitting in their hut, so they stay there. The pit is just a hole and everything.

At the beginning of the first two series, some action occurs, riddles are given, after which they do not develop. The characters were sitting in their hut, so they stay there. The pit is just a hole and everything. They just throw everything in it. The only supposed development is the development of the mother’s android, which is flawed and boring. Nothing happens in the world at all. And it won't happen until the end of the season. Instead of a mysterious story about surviving on another planet, you get some bullshit about kids and faith.
Great atmosphere from Ridley Scott. The idea is good and visual execution too. But the protractedness and meaninglessness of some dialogues spoils the impression. The series could be compressed 2 times without losing meaning.
Very unusual series, there is no space fiction in the form that you are waiting for it. Interesting, but I will not recommend it. Better watch "Space."
I won’t talk about the story, it’s all in the description. About the wild stupidity of the fantastic component concerning colonization, also all said.
Why do authors hate women so much? There'll be spoilers next.
The main character is an exemplary "to weigh". He knows best what to do and does not listen to other people’s opinions.

There'll be spoilers next. The main character is an exemplary "to weigh". He knows best what to do and does not listen to other people’s opinions. But if someone wants to offend her child, begins to yell so that people’s head bursts. Literally. And the android dad who was trying to help her and do her best just killed her. At the same time, although she is an android, she suffers from uterine rabies with all the ensuing consequences in the form of copulation with the first person who wove some sludge into her ears. In short, this series lacks both a fantastic component and moral and ethical. Well, except that the authors tried to show how not to, but they did not succeed. The only thing I liked was the work of the designers and costume designers. Yeah, there's just a couple of locations. But! How cool these religious fanatics are cosplaying the Knights of the Crusades! I really got in. And the sound is still cool, I looked in headphones, so these low frequencies are very fun tickle the brain from the inside.
