Groundhog Day from Women's Magazine I did not expect anything from this series, turned on out of interest, seeing good ratings and reviews. The series surprised pleasantly and activated skepticism at the same time.
Let's start with the good.
It's a women's story and it's focused on women, but it's not stupid, although the wrapper is quite simple. The idea of living multiple lives with different men as if a test drive can intrigue every woman, because we all sometimes think: '. In such an unpretentious way, using a stupid bracelet, the viewer is immersed in simple truths, which, unfortunately, are not explained to us in school and rarely explained in the family, because our parents did not have several lives, and people rarely recognize the wrong choice aloud.
What is the truth, ask?
Love yourself first and foremost. It sounds corny, but here is an example of why this is not an empty phrase. Girls it's time to stop growing up in captivity of common stamps such as 'Be comfortable', 'Be perfect', 'Be a mother at all costs', 'Don't be a mother out of fear', 'Choose always a career or always a family' All stereotypes are clear only by examples, these gestalts all girls need to close in order to accept and love themselves in a healthy way. All this is very easily reported by the plot, I would recommend every young girl to avoid many mistakes and do not regret the time spent. And of course, do not get stuck with the first one found & #39; Prince & #39; in an unnecessary relationship. All the positive assessment is based on this, the correct educational effect of a young girl.
Now for the flaws.
Pretty poor directing and stingy acting. It feels cheap and tv format. And the idea of changing men as gloves in some sense is rather sloppy, it should be presented as a parable, not in the forehead. This feels like a consumer approach, not looking for love, but as if conducting a test drive. That is, the very idea that such events could happen in reality is quite immoral. It should be an adult tale, not a cinematic snack.
Therefore, I can not recommend this film to men or adult wise women (well, unless they still grew up in the same stereotyped inner girls, this does not depend on age).
A talented creator could have created a kind of women’s Groundhog Day, but it turned out to be a Groundhog Day from a women’s magazine.
