Israeli director Shemi Zarkin's 2006 film "Aviva, My Love" is such a real family drama. The main character of Aviva is a fairly simple woman working in the kitchen in a restaurant, with a whole tangle of family problems that she has to deal with, mostly herself, has been writing stories for many years and dreams of becoming a writer. She is friendly by nature, she manages to cope with problems every time - she manages to calm down her mentally ill mother, support her husband, who has not worked for six months, and calm her three children. However, in terms of writing, she is not too confident in herself and believes that she herself can not break through, because no one knows her. Her younger sister Anita is also not very lucky, but has some connections and introduces her to a certain university professor, writer, author of a rather old bestseller, who sort of takes Aviva to help. The case has been going on for quite some time, they meet from time to time, the professor tries to convince Aviva of the need to correct the stories, the family problems of Aviva continue to worsen, when suddenly it turns out that this writer just wants to buy her stories and publish them under his own name. Cornered by the family’s financial woes, Aviva eventually agrees, even signs a pact agreeing to use the stories. But then everything starts to go downhill, Aviva discovers that she can no longer write. And then she goes to this writer to take the rest of his stories, which he has not yet had time to publish. At the last minute, the writer is going to go to France to his family. He kind of still warms in the soul the remnants (minor) of a certain decency, some role in this, however, could play the letter of Anita, in which she threatened to bring it to clean water, he admits that she can write in fact, and he his adjustments only spoiled her stories. The film gives hope for a positive development of further events. I liked the film, the starring actress Assy Levy plays beautifully, and the rest of the actors are very good.
