Mike Olshansky was one of the best cops in Philadelphia, but he was framed and kicked out of control. Along with the police badge, Mike lost his family. In order to make ends meet, Mike is forced to become a taxi driver. He had no idea he could use a detective's experience here. It often happens that in his taxi customers with their own problems and Mike, out of the kindness of his heart, helps everyone risking his life. In the investigations, he is assisted by a former partner who continues to work in the department.
