Café and pistol Samuel Bechentry made a film that frankly continues the style of Tarantino and Jarmusch, the same bandits that in Pulp Fiction, the same manner of shooting and black and white that in Coffee and Cigarettes. Only now, instead of coffee, there is a cafe where the cheeseburger is called a “burger from Kim Bassinger”, and the waitress yesterday tried to raid this very cafe with a gun in her hands.
The gangsters in the film are all like a selection of polite neurotics and the most cruel thing they can do is to draw a gun out of their hand in their pocket.
A novel about two singers who decided to find out in the toilet who is cooler and who stole the song from whom and who stole the girl. Probably, according to the authors of the film, they are the only real gangsters... but it is impossible to take them seriously... just as the film cannot be taken seriously, but after watching it, there is a feeling of lightness. What else can you expect from a comedy?
