Aliche and Mattia, two different tragedies, two unfolding into infinity of solitude, like two prime twin numbers. Childhood shocks Aliche and Mattia form such complex characters that they become very difficult to implement on the screen.
The more surprising is the persuasiveness of the characters that accompanies acting at any age. Bewildered eight-year-old Mattia, dressed as a chicken, escapes from his birthday in a night shower. Aliche, at her first party to the rumble of music and a flash of lasers, tries to open herself up to Mattia. The events of the past that change in the manner of the clip emphasize the emotional tension in the present, which does not subside until the very end of the picture.
In the course of the film, you are waiting for the détente, the rapprochement of the two universes. I think it would naturally be a simple kiss. But the screen repeatedly appears scenes with a one-sided, comforting touch - unassuming hugs or a kiss on the cheek. And then again - the desert of loneliness, turning Alice into a nervous person suffering from anorexia, and Mattia - into a reclusive, something resembling Gregory Perelman.
One way or another, in the natural series, sooner or later, a pair of prime twin numbers will meet again, from whatever point we start counting. So there will be another meeting that gives hope for rapprochement.
