A very strange film that caused many contradictory impressions. He wants to be praised and beaten. The first thing to say is that domestic filmmakers, in an effort to catch up and overtake America, began to achieve something. Finally, they stopped shooting on hand film panasonic, and the picture quality became like a movie, not like a home video. We finally found a balance with the necessary amount of cruelty in the frame, because 15 years ago it was noticed that for some reason in Russian films cruelty looks especially realistic and disgusting, that is, we do not need so much. So in "Target" and similar films (for example, "August 8th") finally found a balance. Also, our cinema is no longer ashamed of eroticism. However, the way it was implemented... A fat little man not of the first freshness, loadily climbing a woman under the fierce howling of the symphony - the scene just plunged me into laughter. The accompaniment, more suitable for the scene of mass shootings, hints at the severity of the process. And all wrap up... Then these scenes begin to occur here and there with a frightening frequency, but not at all subsided tragedy. Authors, what are you saying? The film has very beautiful landscapes, the sky, the sun, the hills – a feeling of incredible space. The screen remained the same size, and for some reason it fit more than usual. Moreover, the same feeling of spaciousness persisted in the rooms, all of them were simply huge, open, with luxurious windows. An absolutely grandiose view of the landscape is given at the end of the film. All this is beyond doubt a plus. I like the characters, they are all different and interesting, they all fascinate in their own way. The host was generally beautiful in his madness. In fact, such a show could be created and watched. With the plot, not a damn thing is clear - so the abandoned scientific building gives people eternal youth and at the same time fills them with essential evil from negatively charged minerals. Characters begin to reveal their darkest sides. In a few weeks, they lose everything, and some of them die. But there, in the village where the object is located, people somehow live there. Almost immortal people who have everything in principle in order with life there: life, home, beauty and eternal youth. Why doesn't it affect them? The ending of the story about the chief is generally some kind of arthouse, because at his party something is created that is generally incompatible with reality - some decrepit monsters like zombies behave like people generally should not. And I emphasize – these are not in any object climbed. In general, the film has a huge number of pluses for innovation, balance and visual part, but they overlap with the same number of minuses for the turbidity of the plot and completely crazy scenes.
