Reading for mind produces monsters Yumiko Ridman, a semi-English, semi-Japanese, possesses a rare skill - she is a "paper lord," meaning paper obeys her and can take almost any form. It is thanks to these rare skills that she is attracted to the service of the most important intelligence service in the UK - the British Library.
This Ova tells about the most famous task of Yumiko, about the fight against the I-Ching gang, which consists of clones of 9 famous people of the past, ranging from Mata Hari to Beethoven. I Ching has a diabolical plan to destroy the human race by broadcasting Beethoven’s unknown symphony to the world, which leads the listener to suicide. And within the framework of this task, Yumiko clearly understands the nature of love and friendship as never before.
It is quite clear that one retelling of the plot is enough to thunder into a mental hospital, but despite this, Ova looks extremely curious, and all the creepy assumptions are taken for granted. We don’t demand even minimal plausibility from Bond movies.
The scene of Nancy fighting her clone is very good in terms of drawing action. Everything else is done on a level as well. There is a continuation of the plot, using a side branch from the manga read or dream, but it greatly loses this part.
