First of all, it was interesting for the authors to shoot this in 3d. Notice that this was long before the Avatar and did not cause any wave of 3D hysteria. Why? Because it's garbage, not a movie. In my opinion, it is disgusting to watch even children who are supposed to be. Children are great connoisseurs of games, they are well versed in genres, rules and bugs, they know perfectly well that the game should have a plot, and opponents in it are united by a certain scientific or magical concept. And here they show a kind of simple game, which has no plot, and ridiculous completely heroine opponents fall out of thin air. Players have 7 lives and this one has 100. Logic? Such a negligent attitude to the topic shows that the authors do not understand it and did not even try to delve into it, limiting themselves to nominal attributes. They didn’t care, because let’s be honest – it’s a shame to work on a film like this, and not a single person on the crew came there for anything but money. If you want a good cartoon about games - watch "Ralph", it is remarkable for the fact that its world and games have a lore, everything is thought out and calculated.
