Sometimes it seems to me that I did not watch the movie, but start watching and remembering. It's an amazing story -- I started watching The Terminator and it turned out I didn't remember anything at all. Perhaps once in my childhood I watched it, but I did not remember anything, not even the plot. I didn't even know the Terminator was supposed to kill Sarah Connor.
And what's also amazing is that I've seen a lot of movies and read a lot of books based on the Terminator story, but it still doesn't look secondary. And despite the fact that the film is 1984 and I saw it in 2022, it amazed me.
This is the power of art.
