A very funny story about an obsessed wanker-werewolf who asks for help in sex on the phone. The schoolgirl who runs such a class organization is trying to re-educate the unfortunate, but she is hindered by her classmate, who, of course, is the leader of the local gang of scumbags. Someone told her that this guy turns into a monster when he gets aroused, I wish she had misunderstood.
From a technical point of view - the usual OVAHA of the eighties. Drawn nicely, but nothing outstanding. Music was a nice city-pop of those years.
