“Lucky 60s” is a documentary by Galina Dolmatovskaya about people who have become a true symbol of their time. They are called “Sixties,” and the term has long been associated with the time of the “Khrushchev Thaw,” the so-called “liberalization,” or the time of hope. These were young people who believed that society’s problems could be solved and expressed their aspirations in films, music, painting and literature.
