After graduating from the Moscow Aviation Institute in 1974, Mikhail Zadornov worked as an engineer for four years. In the same year he created the agittheater "Russia", with which he traveled almost the entire USSR. Ten years later, he became widely known after reading his story “The Ninth Car” from the stage.
Under the authorship of Mikhail Zadornov, more than twenty books were published, including such as “Tiny Stars”, “Return”, “I don’t understand”, “This crazy, mad, insane world ...”, “When funny, then it’s not scary!” and many others containing lyrical and satirical stories, humoresques and essays.
