The decision to become an actor, the young man took at the age of 18. He got a job as an "errand boy" in the animation department of MGM and began to participate in castings. For the first time on the screen, viewers saw a young actor in the TV series “Morning Theater” (1955-1958). And the main role of the actor for the first time played in the film “Wild race” (1960).
