Richard Linklater was born in Houston, Texas, on July 30, 1960. After school, he became a student at Houston Literary University. In 1987, Richard made his first short film, and in 1991 he released his film “The Freeloader”, which was shot with a budget of only $23,000. His second film Before Sunrise, released in 1995 and tells about the chance romantic meeting of students on the train, was continued in 2004 in the film Before Sunset, where the same characters meet again, but after many years.
