Simon Pegg, known in cinema as Simon Pegg, is a comic actor and a serious man in life. One of the most popular comics with his participation is called “Foolish”, and he defended his thesis at the University of Bristol on the topic “Marxist brief review of popular cinema of the seventies”. At the same time, he is not only an actor, but also a director, screenwriter, writer, producer. And he is also an icon and a prophet for geeks and nerds (if it is quite simplified, it is regulars of Internet networks, slightly “non-standard” people). That's the kind of versatile man Simon Pegg.

He was born in Gloucestershire in the family of a jazz musician and civil servant. After graduation he studied drama in Bristol. Then he moved to London and began to perform in the genre of stand-up (this is something like our satirists, performing with their own miniatures). He did not achieve much success and switched to television, Asylum, Six Pairs of Pants, etc. He also hosted the 99p Challenge. And then, together with his friend Nick Frost, he created the sitcom “Spaced”, which the audience liked so much that Simon Pegg was named Best Comedy Actor at the British Comedy Award. Since then, this inseparable comedy couple has made people laugh in many films. For example, in the comedy “Zombie named Sean”, the script for which Simon himself wrote in collaboration with director Edgar Wright. Syson Pegg auditioned for dramatic roles, but... somehow it didn’t go. In the movie “Fatal Love”, Rowan Atkinson took the role from him. Pegg was not particularly upset and released a sequel to “Zombie” – the film “Typical Cool Frogs”. He also appeared in Star Trek and Mission Impossible-3 tape .

Simon Pegg studied Russian and speaks Russian well. In December 2011, he came to Moscow, presenting together with Tom Cruise and Michael Nyquist "Phantom Protocol". /
