In 1997, Ejiofor made his film debut as an actor in Steven Spielberg’s Amistad. The film is based on real events and tells about the journey of slaves who seized the ship of slave traders “Amistad” and tried to return to their homeland. The film received four Oscar nominations.
After the picture “Amistad” the guy starred in several episodic roles in such films as “Greenwich Time” and It Was an Accident.
