So this film was called by someone on one site, soberly assessing the possibility of this film to please the viewer and make him laugh. True, this film was posted on that site in translation from the Video Service, in which no one in their right mind would recommend watching it, and therefore we can say that the film is actually far from hopeless, but, even before watching in a professional two-voice translation, made on conscience, in any case, you will first have to watch all the original films, if you really want to get acquainted with this film and understand it fully 39, otherwise you will not understand most of the jokes, ridiculing a number of films of the XX century, and not having seen the same kindness in the filmmakers in the beginning of the 90th century, and the filmmakers, who did not like it in the past, and the same time, and did not have a lot of the filmmakers in the past. Unlike 'Neditary cinema', all those films you can watch, even without knowing who they are parodying, the humor in them was more neutral and accessible to perception, in turn, here you need to know the original films, so that what is happening is able to convey to the viewer the essence of the parody - and, if you are determined to watch the parody, where the future Captain America - Chris Evans shone in the main role, then you will have to watch more than ten films, among which most touch the topic of graduation, balls with the choice of the king and queen, graduates and graduates, and, and, and, of course, American love passions.
After the first scene parodying the first scene, American Pie 39, doing so by changing the gender of the character of the casual scene and applying frankly shameless humor; the main plot begins. The first scenes intertwine parodies on almost all the originals at once: a conversation about the loss of virginity from ' pie' interrupted by the appearance of a girl parodying Amanda from ' a scene where a girl leaves a guy like in ' It’s all her ' diluted by the antics of a guy with a camera from ' American Beauty' (which, as expected, by exaggerating the original image is turned into an emo rejoicing absurdities), into a parod on a date instead of my sister, and does not allow my son to go on a date ' instead of hatred ' Quite quickly, the parody on ' Pie' with concerned boys (one of which is like two drops of water similar to Oz from the original, although no one else in the parody externally copies the characters of the source) echoes the parody on ' Breakfast Club': the boys want to look at naked girls in the shower, and for this they climb the ventilation pipe above the shower, which ends with an extremely toilet incident. There is also a conversation about the fact that a journalist infiltrated the college under the guise of a student (a parody of ' Unkissed'); only here this journalist is elderly, but speaks youth slang. In addition, three glamorous girls appear, walking with a slow walk (stolen from ' Queens of Murder'). The first full-fledged parody scene on '10 Reasons for My Hate' where, instead of a girl reading poems for a guy about what the original name said, on the contrary, a guy reading poems for a girl about the reasons for loving her, looked good; the second scene parodying the same hit, where Jake sang a very unfortunate song for Jenny at the stadium, was idiotic and disgusting. The second scene, parodying ' Breakfast Club' witty laughs at the scene with the punished students and a harsh teacher, preceding this scene with a parody of the episode with the conclusion of a pact about the loss of virginity from all the same ' American Pie'. The scene with the game of American football is taken from 'Student team' which will also be touched closer to the final, and first echoes the parody on 'Get success'. A parody of 'Cruel Games' makes the original idea of a half-brother and sister bet absurd. In Jenny's room on TV is the original of the film 'Pretty in Pink' and Jenny's father is as poor as the father of the heroine of this film. Next is a funny parody of Ferris Bueller’s Weekend & #39, which prefaced a parody of the party scene from ' Can’t wait'. In the scene parodying the scene of teaching a virgin the art of kissing an experienced girl from 'Cruel Games' involved an old woman parodying an unkissed from the film of the same name. A parody of the legendary youth fairy tale 'Pleasantville' left nothing but bewilderment. But the most enchanting and capable of causing a few laughs episode was a song in the style of Disney cartoons, in which almost all the characters sang several lines. After the credits you will see another parody scene on the first 'cake' (in the extended version). Of the various absurd details, the most ridiculous were a pig named Sausage, the father of the main character, suffering from white fever from drinking, and Siamese twins of a female attractive appearance.
Visually, the film is even more presentable than a comedy, although the comedy component here is still far from low, especially for those who are familiar with the originals. Here the most excellent scenery, costumes and elements of glamour at the same level as the youth films of the 90s, which also have a solid visual with scenes of parties and other things 'movement'. Recommended professional two-voice translation pleased much better quality of adaptation of vocabulary and humor than 'Videoservice', you can also appreciate the film translated by Grankin, in which Russians watched the film on cassettes during its release. The plot is there, and he skillfully combines parody of different films in the same scenes, builds a line of parodying the originals in a rational order - perhaps it was worth taking the plot ' American Pie' and not ' This is all she & #39;, and give the characters parody on ' pie' storylines with parodies on other comedies, but the chosen path did not lead the authors to a dead end, allowing you to do a full-fledged work on the four. But only lovers of parodies will like it, I do not recommend it to others.

"Non-children's cinema" (USA, 2001). And parodies have a holiday if you limit the wave of vulgarities.
Hello!
When I sat in a movie theater in 2007 and watched a parody called “A Very Epic Movie” in a half-empty hall, I noticed people leaving the session without even watching the film to the middle. But I'm not. No matter how bad the movie is, if I’m in the theater, I’ll watch it to the end.
I sat down yesterday to see this parody story. Why? Because the age of strong, pleasant, but in moderation stupid parodies is over. Now, unfortunately, such films abound in vulgarity, stupidity and, knowing no boundaries, jokes below the belt. Moreover, I was always killed by the fact that they were not second-rate, but unknown actors, but real dramatic artists, whom we can observe in melodramatic, historical, youth TV series. And it's actually sad... “Date movie”, “Very epic cinema”, “Vampire hickey”, “Meet the Spartans”, “Unreal blockbuster”, “Superhero movie” – this, unfortunately, is a slag with good costumes, nice faces, funny attempts to imitate great films... After all, everything spoils toilet humor, which can not find a worthy replacement. Yeah. “Airplane” and “Hot Heads” were not at all like that.
But you know what? It was this movie ("Non-Children's Movie") that upset me only twice! Two full times! I took half a point for four stupid things, but overall I liked the picture! Very much! For a parody that is supposed to make fun of various movies, "Ner-Children's Cinema" was not bad! Not bad! Modern parody! The world seems to have turned over. I thought I wouldn’t see a movie like this in this century, and director Joel Gallen was able to convince me otherwise! And how to convince! I laughed, recognized the tapes that parodied the nice actors and felt the mood was improving.
"It's all her" - the main storyline of the whole film, "American Pie" - the beginning of the picture and then there were some inserts, "Achieve success" (where the cheerleaders), "Cruel Games", "Girl in Pink", "American Beauty" and much more.
I liked almost all the actors. Chris Evans (Jake), Kyler Lee (Jenny Briggs), Jamie Pressley (Priscilla), Mia Kirchner (Katherine), Sam Huntington (Oz) and others... I saw these guys in different roles, in more serious films.
The jokes were no less satisfying... The naked girl Areola (Serina Vincent), who parodied Nadia from "American Pie," was here for business and for place. Jenny's dad (Randy Quaid) was another subject (better than the actor who played his father in Vampire Hickey). The seduction of old Sadie (Beverly Polsin) was fun. What the sexy and insatiable Mia Kirchner (Katherine in the film) did will give a head start to some youth comedies! (Basically, this scene was like a mild porn parody that can make adults smile.) Anyway, actress Mia Kirchner is a master of her craft. The main character Jenny (Kyler Lee), who portrayed a furious artist in the studio, also laughed at how Catherine turned her into a beauty, was pleased. It's a good joke (to the KVNR)... The guy applauding out of business was also pleased. Black Malik amusingly presented (Actor Deon Richmond) Well, and the mysterious beauty Amanda Baker (actress Lacey Chabert), going in slow motion... It's a parody, so a parody... Youth comedies rest and nervously smoke on the sidelines. And the final joke with her just killed in the air.
And those 2 minuses... Well... Polballa was removed for the fact that there was a hint of confusion (sister fell for his brother, father, as a girl offers his son his wife, that is, his mother). I think it's stupid and wrong. It could be remade, then the film would be stronger. Polball shot for violent play during Jake's memory of American football. Here certainly could show otherwise, not as stupid as it turned out in the final version of the story. Half the score was cleaned for gas and where the toilet was. I really needed to beat it in a different way, although the finale of this joke made me laugh (so only half a point minus). Well, the last, fourth stupidity is the way Jenny Ricky's bad friend was shown at the end of the movie (actor Eric Jungman), during an injury. It's too much.
And in the rest, including the musical design (composer Theodore Shapiro), and selected songs –

The movie deserved it. Everything is known by comparison. I will only compare modern parody with modern parody. And they are so stupid and vulgar that the "Non-Children's Movie" deserves to win. It is worth it to write a good review about it.
In 1998, the youth comedy with a tilt on the romantic melodrama “It’s all her”, which the creators did not particularly count on. As they did not expect that “It’s all her” suddenly hit the point and the target audience will cheerfully take at least a banal story about schoolchildren, but after the premiere of this picture, Freddie Prince Jr. and Rachel Lee Cook woke up famous, already having a huge crowd of fans. Many connoisseurs and critics still question the artistic value of the film, but these arguments and conclusions are of little interest to the ordinary viewer, who is despondent for romance, and another confirmation that “It’s all her” has gained great popularity, was a parody of it, called “Nesterren’s Cinema”, published three years after motivating the creation of a parody of the picture.
American film parody is a separate topic. At one time, this niche was firmly occupied by the Zucker brothers, who created “Hot Heads” and “Naked Gun”, after some time, tapes of the “Very Scary Movie” type settled there. By the way, one of the screenwriters of the “Non-Children’s Cinema” – Phil Behman – is also one of the inspirers of the “Scaresome Movie” franchise, and two more – Adam Jay Epstein and Andrew Jacobson – will return to the topic of parodies, having had a hand in creating the plot of “Extreme Movie”, and it would be better if this attempt was not, it was so unsuccessful, terrible. And the most important feature of this failure was the vulgarity and blatant vulgarity of the "Extreme Cinema", which was largely bypassed in the creation of the "Neditary Cinema". And the first scene with a vibrator, as well as the ever-walking naked heroine Serina Vincent, is a drop in the bucket compared to that orgy of "classic humor" created in "Extreme Cinema".
At the moment, the most interesting part of the film is the participation of Chris Evans. Then for the 20-year-old actor, this film was only the second and first to be widely distributed. The future Johnny-Torch and Captain America played the most popular guy in college in the "Nedgy Cinema", but this was not his main task, but to prove that he can parody his prototype (Freddy Prince Jr.), and perhaps play no worse than him. In principle, many episodes Chris Evans was successful and he certainly did not cause irritation, especially among the big fans of Prince Jr. And a couple of times Evans, thanks to his talent, was able to laugh. And in the treasury of the pluses of Evans can be brought that he did not treat this tape with slackness, deciding that it is not serious, the actor tried and it can be seen. As for his partner on the set - Kyler Lee - she looked good, but often lost even to minor characters. And compared to Rachel Lee Cook, she was not so expressive.
Although I must say that even in secondary roles appeared rather recognizable actors. For example, the on-screen dad with the oddities of the heroine Kyler Lee was played by comedian Randy Quaid, and the most popular girl of the school is Jamie Pressley, who almost turned into a sex symbol after the erotic thriller “Poison Ivy: The New Seduction”, in which she played the main female role. And in another strange role of one of the Siamese twins, Samira Armstrong is a potentially good actress who proved this in the comedy “The Boy in the Girl”, and Mia Kirchner, who played well in the second part of the mystical “Crow”. By the way, Kirchner is associated with one of the bright scenes, taken not from the film “It’s all her”, Kirchner parodied a kiss from “Cruel Games”, taking a prototype of Sarah Michelle Gellar. I must say that the idea of the "Nen-Children's Cinema" parodied many youth films, but it was so brief and episodic that you will not immediately see it.
“Non-children’s cinema” is not the worst youth parody, but it is very far from the level of the creations of the Zucker brothers. The most important trump card of this tape is the participation of Chris Evans in it, who in a couple of scenes can at least amuse, unlike many of his other colleagues on “Neditary Cinema”. But even though frankly vulgar this film did not come out, so - laughed, and then stopped.

Parody is perhaps the most difficult type of comedy. Before shooting a film in this category, the main difficulty arises before the writers, the director and, of course, the actors - each of them has its own specific task. Despite the fact that the parody ridicules the scenes and plot of other films, it must necessarily have a sensible plot in itself, which will be for the writer. The director needs to make the film as if it is not a parody, but an independent comedy film. Well, the actors must perform the roles as if these heroes have never been embodied before. This, in my opinion, is the main components of a good film parody, as, for example, “Non-children’s cinema”.
Plot
High schooler Jack Wyler has always been a favorite of the female public. However, soon he is abandoned by a girl, which undermines the chances of becoming the King of the upcoming ball. Then he makes a bet with his friends that he will turn any ugly woman into a real queen of the ball. The choice of friends falls on the rebel Jenny. All the intrigue leads to real love and a lot of very funny curiosities.
Game of actors
The actors performed their roles well, or rather, strangers. Neither Cyler Lee nor Chris Evans has come from any falsehood or curvature, which always spoils viewing. Most of all, I liked the character of Mia Krishner, parodying the heroine of Sarah Michelle Gellar from the film Cruel Games. In the parody, she played the role of a seducer who dreams of possessing her brother Jake. In my opinion, all the actors made up a cute mix that amuses the viewer throughout the film.
Directing and script
I really liked that director Joel Galen made the film not as a film parody, but as a youth comedy with its plot, characters and jokes. Scenes and episodes parodying this or that film, looked really funny, as, for example, mocked the scene kiss (a parody of “Cruel Games”). I also liked the opening scene (a parody of American Pie), where Jenny masturbated secretly from her family.
Result
"Non-children's movie" is a worth watching comedy and film parody. The film has a real plot, insanely funny scenes of parody and much more that will surely please the audience.
