Everything will be fine, everything will be, everything depends on you. Film directed by Lidia Polshchikova – Tumayeva and Vladimir Tumayev.
The film is about times not so far from us both in temporal and spatial terms. About the times when people survived as they could, but it was still necessary according to the concepts of morality and conscience. The film is about why we live like this and why we have become like this. The film is about who to judge for this and to whom to repent. And to put it simply, a film about love for one’s neighbor, about the main thing that connects us with this world, at least, should connect.
And as one critic told me, it was just fashionable to shoot a black woman at the time. Just fashionable.
Just? I don’t think anything in art is easy. There were prerequisites. And there were dark times. And we remember them very well. It's the truth of life. And exactly as she was. .
So, the girl loves animals, picks up a stray dog on the street.
And the mother of this girl was deprived of parental rights for immoral behavior.
And the girl in the hospital was infected with AIDS, and she has very little to live.
Well, it seems as if justifying the existing state of affairs, (because there is a lot to be written off for this), in a country of change, the country is feverish. Think, a girl with AIDS, who cares about it, in times of such change.
The times are turning. No, my friend, it's not the times, we're so soulless and soulless. Vile, pathetic, insignificant. Those who try to snatch their whole piece of cake, but seek excuses for their pettiness.
And read my friend, history, when these times favored man. At all times, there were scoundrels and righteous people, and there were also indifferent people, and even then, and always enough of them. The ones who make all the troubles of the world. The ones, you and me. The same ones that are in favor, but in terms of concepts. The same gray, mass, force pushing our world into the abyss. You're not, are you? What have you done in your life? What can justify your existence on this earth?
You said you didn't think about it before. And it was necessary, and not only was, but now it does not interfere to think.
As long as you live on this land. While it is possible to do at least something good, something that will give your life, at least some semblance of meaning.
It is scary when a child in a fit of despair, tells the teacher that she is evil. And she was just trying to survive in this ruthless world. And so she may not be up to the girl who will die anyway.
She doesn't care. She's not angry, she just doesn't care.
The girl is destined to die, but before she dies, she is destined to lose her closest being, the dog, and her best friend, the teacher, your works are wonderful, Lord. The last days of the girls will resemble the way of the cross, because there is no other thing more terrible, the torment of a dying body, or the torment of a soul that loses its dearest. Perhaps death is not the most terrible thing that awaits us in this world.
If you want to just kill a couple of hours, don’t watch this movie. This may be the worst movie you’ve ever seen. This is not just horror, this is the truth of life shot from such a perspective that the scarier is possible and never happens.
But if you do watch this movie, you might be different. You will learn to feel and empathize, learn to regret and love.
Love the living creature that lives with you on this earth. Near you. Very close. You will literally feel with your skin how close we are.
And you will understand how much a simple, thoughtlessly repeated phrase means: Love your neighbor.
