- If she died, I would die too! - You're a cop, not a poet! After some time in the province, the policeman decides to return to the capital to get even with the people responsible for the death of his girlfriend. The first thing he goes for his former partner, who after his transfer altogether left the police and became illegal.
Naturally, this is not the entire preamble of the plot, but only the first five minutes of a protracted tense musical film. A couple of songs performed in the bar corresponded to the pop entourage, and slightly spoiled the overall list of declared melodies, but the remaining were a completely different matter. This is another rare case when the songs came not just to the place, but were higher than what was happening on the screen, both in lyrics and melody. By ear they were very pleasant, and their visual range was excellent. Gestures, movements, looks, facial expressions - just mind-blowing. After listening to three worthy songs, I did not think that there was something special for the finale, identical to the title of the picture.
Juhi is a diamond. In the songs, her choreography is distinguished not only by memorized movements, but also by a certain freestyle. Directly in the film she showed herself in different emotional states and quite worthy. Sunny pretended to be a super cool guy, which he remained until the end of the picture. However, he was not alien to the torment of love. Puja did not have enough screen time to somehow prove himself. Love was not difficult to understand, but the role of the second plan looked confused. Nasiruddin also did not escape the throes of love, and he was even luckier than Sunny. He was madly loved, and he himself burned in unrequited love.
And the eternal. Melodrama, that's what Indians do. In other genres, and even considering the year of release, it is a complete failure. Comedy has gone nowhere, but the action movie has been brought to such an absurdity that it is sometimes lost in logic. But we have what we have: an average film that draws only wonderful songs.
