Since childhood, I have loved the Sailor Moon anime series. This Japanese cartoon will always be one of my favorite creations of Japanese animators along with such Japanese cartoons as Steel Alchemist, Hellsing, The Devil Can Cry, Lucky Star, Elvish Song, Death Note, etc. The 5th and final season of this anime series in my opinion is interesting, dynamic, epic, dramatic, but most importantly worthy, because it completes the story of the beautiful war girl Usagi Tsukino / Sailor Moon, who never gave up and fought for goodness and justice to the very end.
This season, Sailor of Wars has a new, most powerful and fierce opponent – Sailor Galaxia, who collects star seeds and intends to rule all the galaxies in the universe and become the most powerful and powerful creature. But the Sailor Warriors also have new allies, the Sailor Stars, who have come to Earth to find their princess, and the cute little girl Chibi Chibi, who holds the good seed of Sailor Galaxia. The last episodes of this season where the battle with Sailor Galaxia takes place are epic and exciting. The ending of this anime series, in my opinion, turned out to be beautiful, above all praise.
Since childhood, I love Sailor Moon anime series, because it is so kind, bright, emotional and interesting that all its seasons can and do want to watch more and more. Weeks and years will pass, but the Sailor Moon 1 anime I watched and loved I will never forget. This anime series will forever remain a kind and pleasant memory of the beautiful Sailor warriors, a memory that will remain for a lifetime.
10 out of 10.
Even with a grain of courage, a man can become a warrior, with a drop of love, anyone can become the Messiah... no matter how tired you are, no matter how lonely you are, remember, there are people who care about you.
Like many others, I started watching this anime series when I was a kid. Back then, without missing a single episode, I didn’t know what I liked so badly about it, only thought that this cartoon was not at all like all the others. And now, many years later, I have the same opinion.
What to say in general terms? The drawing is clearly outdated, but for me it does not matter at all, the atmosphere of the world of Usagi Tsukino is transmitted without any problems, it is very real and beautiful. Music. Words can not convey, you can just stand by and applaud. As for the format of the series, of course, such anime can not be much, but it is not enough, just right. The structure of the series is almost always identical, easy to get used to, not very stressful. The series itself is also in the usual format - 20 minutes.
Characters are the main advantage of this anime. The enemies turned out to be expressive, powerful, but personally I wanted a much brighter Galaxia, well, really, and boss after all. Supporting characters (such as Naru or Yuichiro) appear infrequently, but always portray a vivid path to reality, to everyday life. Sailor warriors are naturally in a special focus, each has its own arch, its own talents and weaknesses, its own special role, no one seems to fall out of context. I won't write much about them. Why? Well, like Jupiter, hooked Haruk, but let everyone appreciate these characters. Wonderful characters.
What will be the first kiss and how to learn how to cook? Almost all the main characters, most of the enemies are female. We can assume that Sailor Moon is a series for teenage girls and, at first glance, it is difficult to disagree with this. But the topic of kissing and cooking is just a small everyday component of Sailor Moon, and is gender important? This is not the story of the sailors.
Cartoons are for kids? Kindergarten is chamomile, my parents will say. I look at funny painted faces, laugh at stupid jokes and see little girls protecting the planet from evil. Watching a children's cartoon? "Absolutely," I say. Is this anime childish at all? Again, not at all. Of course, a teenager can easily watch Sailor Moon. But understand, understand? Can this teenager fully appreciate true friendship, value self-sacrifice for the sake of saving the lives of others? Understand what death means? I repeat my point of view. Away.
For me, as a simple spectator, time with Sailor Moon has come to an end.
- "Where is Chaos?"
“He’s probably back in his seat.”
- "In your place?"
- Yes. In the hearts and souls of people
Her battle is utopia, it will never end.
At the end of the day, this is a stupid, naive anime. A world that turns people into evil, and an obstinate faith in good to the deli. Thank you for that. Highest score.
This is... amazing, just indescribable! This is an anime part of me... this part is not to be removed, not to forget. The first and fifth seasons made an impression on me, which immediately made the series painfully dear to me.
Usagi Tsukino - do you remember her in the beginning? Cowardly, a girl who was so easily hurt. And the only thing worth living was the desire to eat ice cream cakes, play video games and get a good night's sleep.
But by her sixteenth birthday, Usagi had noticeably changed and matured and learned how painful it was to look at the suffering of her friends, to know love. And in the last season, her beloved Mamoru, with whom she is bound by fate, moves away, goes to study in another country. What's the girl like at this point? And at this moment of unbearable anticipation in Usagi’s life, Sayya, a bold, cheeky guy, sits behind a girl at school and is, along with Yaten and Taiki, the soloists of the then popular group. But the guys do not crave fame and adoration, as it seems, they have a much higher goal – to be heard by their Princess... the one for them.
But Sayya is far from indifferent to Usagi. And this, that same love story of Sayya’s heroism and trembling feelings for her staying true to her prince is such a bright, sad and moving part of the season, making him watch in one breath.
I want to see him... How I want to see Mamora!
Plus, it is simply impossible not to succumb to the charm of Sayya. His voice... his sincere and pure voice in songs performed with Taiki and Yaten. Listen to their songs, and every time I cry from the overflowing warm feelings I can endlessly.
Don’t blame yourself for not sharing my feelings. After the concert, I'd like to take you with me. I love you so much that I wish I could do it. I just wanted you to know how I felt. I don’t have so much time to live under the name Sayya that now I can give my all at the concert. Let your fiancé come back soon.
And here's the last episode. So much has been done in five seasons. Usagi is a happy, kind, sincere girl with a big heart, who is a fighter for good and justice, probably one of the most memorable characters in animation.
The fifth season is a strong jump after a heavily stretched third and fourth season. These are experiences that will not be forgotten under the weight of new ones. And yes, I've watched a lot of TV shows. They became loved, they changed me, they made me cry, but all of this is mediocre compared to Sailor Moon, even though I watched it as a child.
I love Sailor Moon’s Japanese creation, and all its seasons are a beautiful animated creation that can be revisited and revised over the years. This anime is very bright, dynamic and interesting. It rests on a sweet and kind girl who has a big and pure heart. “Beauty-Warrior Sailor Moon: Sailor Stars” is the last season in which beloved heroes once again fight the forces of evil and save the planet. This season was very interesting, original and impressive. I watched it as a kid and more recently, it has something appealing about it. I believe that the last season turned out to be worthy, and it concludes the story of the charming and kind girl Sailor Moon, who fought so desperately and confidently for good and justice.
This season, Sailor Wars is joined by Sailor stars looking for their princess. In front of the heroes is the new most powerful opponent – Sailor Galaxia. It collects star seeds from all living things and wants to conquer all galaxies and be the strongest. She is very cruel and destroys all living things in her path, but she sent her kind and pure seed far, far away to the little girl Chibi Chibi, who has all hope for salvation. Sailor Moon and her friends once again have to fight and save their world, and we see an incredible and interesting story in which passions are boiling, and there is a struggle between good and evil.
In this anime there are fantasy, drama, adventure, and of course love. The cartoon carries the whole range of emotions, which will bring the viewer pleasure from watching. I love Sailor Moon's last season, it's dynamic and the plot is twisted, which makes it such a beautiful creation of Japanese animators. At one time, "Beauty-Warrior Sailor Moon: Sailor Stars" was extremely popular anime, and it was watched by millions of children, but now it has certainly lost its relevance, and many consider it childish, but personally I really like this anime, and I am sure that there are those who still love and appreciate it. This cartoon shows many themes, and the main one is that good will always defeat evil, and that faith is a strong thing that gives strength, and a person does not lose heart. I love this anime, and I think it definitely deserves positive feedback.
Good to see you!
This review is common to all seasons of this legendary masterpiece of Japanese animation. So, before I write the salt, I will start with the background.
I first watched Sailor Moon when I was ten years old on TV. I was a very good kid and never missed school. This means that for the first time in my life I missed school because of the series Sailor Moon, which for some reason was postponed to my school time. “What the hell?” I thought, and I didn’t go to school without a bad conscience. Something then, at such a tender and unconscious age, fascinated me in this cartoon. I was looking forward to a new series every day, trying not to miss one. Why? Maybe it was the childish admiration of a beautiful and brave heroine, or maybe just because of a bunch of beautiful and slender girls in short skirts. Don't know. I forgot that.
I revisited the anime for the second time after almost 14 years, trying to find what fascinated me as a child. What did I find after watching a couple of episodes? Outdated animation, some funny and ridiculous stories in the series (for the adult mind), a lot of superhero pathos. There were a ton of such creations in my childhood! "Power Rangers" for example, with all the ensuing consequences. But I didn't watch them, I didn't like them. So why "Sailor Moon"? I continued to look further, but without much hope of finding something interesting in it at this age. Gradually, I began to notice something I didn't notice when I was 10: the invisible programming of a child's brain, which is unable to analyze such things. But this is more a plus than a minus, because programming comes from banal worldly dangers: avoid large crowds of people, do not talk to strangers, do not follow everything for free, etc. The child, watching an interesting cartoon for him, without noticing it himself, then begins to avoid dangerous situations that have occurred with the characters of the cartoon. I also noticed some gay characters that my childhood brain didn’t want to see as such. That surprised me, I tell you! How could I not notice such strangeness? Even if I didn't know anything about sexual minorities then, why didn't I even smell a catch in the face of such glaring facts? Later I realized why: there it is not condemned or exalted. It's just there. Just as it is in real life. I was amazed at how competently cruel reality is woven into a children's cartoon: at 10 years old, a child does not notice adult problems, he just sees a fairy tale; at 14 years old, a teenager who already knows something about adult problems, sees in the cartoon a correct, staid attitude to it; at 20 years old, an adult sees there all the facets of our world. So we got to the salt.
At the end of the first season, the true thoughts sent to us by the creators of Sailor Moon began to reach me. This work is a deep philosophical ideology, framed in a very simple shell. To understand this, just look at the main character, Sailor Moon, or simply, Usagi Tsukino. She is an ordinary Japanese schoolgirl, 14 years old, clumsy (not as dexterous and graceful Sailor Venus, Minako Aino), not particularly burdened with intelligence (unlike Sailor Mercury, Ami Mitsuno), unable to cook (unlike Sailor Jupiter, Makoto Kino), often sobbing for trifles (not that brave Sailor Mars, Reyno). Usagi is always late, loves to eat and is constantly in trouble. Whatever you look at, the main character and role model does not pull. So why is she the main character, despite the fact that the other Sailors have more useful qualities? It's all about sacrifice. A simple schoolgirl Usagi Tsukino, who has a lot of worthless negative qualities, is ready to die for what she believes in! To endure any suffering, to give your life so that others may live! Only heroes can do this, no matter how smart, punctual, beautiful, etc. These qualities are quickly lost somewhere in the background. Only Sailor Moon possessed the unique quality of understanding anyone without judging or trying to take her head off her shoulders. She tried to save the soul of everyone, even the most bloodthirsty enemy, and never hated anyone. The rest of the Sailors could not understand the enemies, but they believed in the girl, which glowed some not very clear, but extremely warm and kind light, and were ready to lay their heads for her (which happened repeatedly throughout the anime). And Sailor Moon always won! Because she couldn't lose! Whatever the enemy did to her, she would never betray what her loved ones believe. The enemy who does not kneel will not be defeated even after death. In addition, her selflessness and bright faith in everything, her understanding and sympathetic look, made the enemy’s hands tremble, and doubt began to penetrate into the firm will. Such is the great power of him who has chosen the path of light and goodness. But the light of any nugget can be filled with a million coals. People don’t become cynical and cruel by themselves; they are helped by others. And it's important that you're not alone. So that your light is protected by others, and you protect their light. Sailor Moon would not have been without the rest of the Sailor Warriors.
Now that I have seen this creation at a conscious age, I can firmly state: Sailor Moon is a masterpiece that has no analogues in the world. In it - all the facets of the world of the present, and plus - the formula of the ideal world, which read, alas, not everyone is able to. I still wonder how you could mix so many faces in one anime, and at a certain age you only see one. The rest are hidden as if by some incomprehensible magic.
The last episode of the fifth season has come to an end. Usagi 16. She is in high school, next to her beloved Mamoru. They'll be happy. In a parallel world. In our world, their history is over. Why are there tears in my eyes? What a pity that everything so bright and good will ever end. I hope that there are people like Usagi Tsukino in our world too, and I hope that we will meet someday.

The previous season of this wonderful anime series, to tell the truth, I didn’t really like it. And most fans, too. His main problem was the abundance of protracted and frankly unnecessary for the general plot of the episodes. Well, I still did not like that the main character of the story was made Baby, while Usagi herself was almost removed to the background. It is clear that complaints from dissatisfied with such changes, loyal fans, was extremely many, and they all unanimously demanded to return the series to its former roots, which the creators successfully did in this last, final fifth season.
For starters, it would be a sin not to mention that this is the only season of the series that begins literally at the very moment where the previous one ended. All past sequels, chronologically torn in months, months, and sometimes even years. Here, the plot began exactly with what ended the fourth season: unfinished to the end of the Queen Nehelania flies to the other world, where he hatches a new plan of revenge against our heroes. For starters, she kidnaps and bewitches Mamora with powerful black magic, then transports all Sailor Warriors to the terrifying otherworld of the most terrible nightmares, where the final battle will take place. But even when the villain is defeated, the matter will not end there, because as it turned out, in fact, there were much stronger and more dangerous dark forces behind her.
In the fifth season, a lot of new and unexpected plot twists appeared, for example, it is here that the true love feelings of Usagi Tsukino are subjected to a real, difficult test: she has to choose between two lovers. Particularly acute this love triangle gives the fact that Mamoru mysteriously disappears, leaving Sailor Moon alone.
I also liked the rather unexpected ending, I did not expect that everything could end this way. Well, the main plus: we finally showed significant progress in the characters of the characters, they have become really older and more serious. Finally, the Sailors cast aside all infantileity and stupidity, so that they could seriously concentrate on confronting the last and strongest enemy. At the end of the last series, it becomes somewhat disappointing that the story is over and we will not see the sequel again. Although, if you think about it, something new and original, to come up with this story is already impossible, everything is self-sufficient and finished. In general, I confirm the opinion of those people who believe that the fifth season is really the best, correct and interesting.
