The red sand of Mars. The universe of Mass Effet is relatively young, but it already has a game trilogy, various comics, literary novels and even a full-length anime. And now the piggy bank is replenished with a fan short film.
The unofficial status of the film frees it from strict adherence to the canon, and in a sense - this is the main disadvantage of the film, because the director, for the sake of entertainment, sacrificed the mechanics and logic of the universe.
Of course, I’m talking about the “Red Sand” drug, the use of which a person has biotic abilities, however, these abilities are only enough to lift a paper sheet, but not a person, as shown in the film.
In principle, if you close your eyes on this assumption, then the output turns out to be quite a fitting short film about how the future hero of the Alliance, John Grissom, protects the laboratory from the attack of raiders. In addition, it is played by none other than Mark Mir - the voice of the brave Commander Shepard from the game.
