Chillout, unobtrusiveness, high viewing, modernity - and this is only a small fraction of what the series is about. Where else would you find a show that doesn’t play primarily on your negative emotions, which are the easiest to play? So this is him. A wonderful series, saturated with the atmosphere of chillout, which is easy and interesting to watch.
The author of the idea Ben Sinclair played the main role of the Dude, who is the link for each of the series, where the plot describes moments from the lives of unrelated people. This series wins 100% trust and just can not get tired of monotony - there it is not, all people are very different, but the most attractive - modern. They manage to sanctify all the most relevant topics in the ever-changing world, without going into unnecessary details, having an original plot and interesting dialogues on an ongoing basis. Many stories are surprising, sometimes slightly shocking, and sometimes you will recognize in them your friends and acquaintances.
It is impossible not to mention the topic of drugs, which is long overdue to look from a different side than from the side of condemnation, and the series copes with such a task.
While there has been a change in filming before and after HBO bought the series, it continues to be a unique and new unit of cinema, unlike the others, and retains its identity, except that one erotic scene in the first series they decided to cut. But if you want, you can find the previous version, so that you don’t miss anything – and this is at least unfair to the creators of the series – cut a piece (censor) of what has already been released. Oh, come on.
It seems to me that the main essence of the series is to notice how individual everyone around is, and that you can be anyone and not be afraid of outdated foundations that dictate to us, in their opinion, the right rules of the game. They're all different. The world is changing, people are changing. And the "high delivery" manages to show it well.
