Weaving cyberpunk into women’s history is not a successful use of existing tools and creativity of thinking!
Ordinary is removed from the screen by the epic goal set by the heroine - to lose weight by 100 days! The goal itself is fantastic and only the futuristic filling of the performance can give at least some chance to fulfill it! And this is well played out by the authors in visual embodiment - I can not immediately say from which films quotes and allusions are inserted - but what they should be - confirms the penultimate scenes with allegory on Que. Tar.
From transfer to a certain parallel reality – delighted, but the theme of drugs and “parishes” in the subjects of modern authors begins to “strain” – if it is presented routinely in almost every of the subjects – it does not speak very well about the world of our creators – and how it reflects our society too.
Separately about the finale - it is unexpectedly - sharply contraversive to the plot - no eyeliner, hints at its execution.
