The end of 2020 turned out to be very fruitful for actor Denis Shvedov, who was not so long ago called ' Russian Statem'. He managed to establish himself as a diverse actor with such works as 'Major', 'Major' and, in the end, 'Doctor Preobrazhensky'. But after a series of successful premieres, as recent 'Doctor...' and 'Phantom' Premier, with the assistance of NTV, releases another Soviet-Russian detective, where ' the main Russian opera' this time plays 'feesbashnik on vacation' unraveling the dubious mystery of the murder of two young people on Stone Bridge in Moscow in the 1940s.
What do we have? In some country in the Middle East, there was some operation (of course, with shootings and explosions, because otherwise the reconnaissance in the cinema does not work), according to the results of which a Russian spy with a funny name Wolf is in prison. However, later he was suddenly released home, as it turns out later - under the protection of a retired KGB general. Well, the Wolf immediately from the ladder of the plane steps straight to the Lubyanka, where he first goes through his figmentous superiors, and then to the respected general who pulled him out of the Middle East cellar not out of the kindness of his soul, but because his son recently died, and it would be necessary to investigate this death. And here's just a freaky feesbashny sent on vacation. Now he will investigate in between sex with an inadequate blonde, which he catches a couple of banal phrases in a nightclub.
Ah yes, the investigation of the death of the general’s son with a great love for history turns into an investigation of the death of two typical representatives of the Golden Youth & #39; the USSR forties on the Stone Bridge - the daughter of the Mexican ambassador and the son of the Minister of Industry. Only, to be honest, half the series has passed, and the links between the two & #39; mysterious incidents & #39; not found. And this is not an interesting consequence.
Well, in our time, screen time is at the mercy of Denis Shvedov, to whom the roles of any security forces are amazing (such a texture) and his pocket Watson - an auto mechanic who resurrects retro cars, performed by the regular NTV Anton Vasiliev. And to be honest, this is the most boring and boring pair of detectives I've ever seen. They walk, drink vodka by a guide, offer the sale / purchase of soldiers, make some clear conclusions only to them, in essence of which, as in everything that happens in general, there is no desire to understand. Here sometimes flashes the terrible girl Fly from ' Whirlpool', but no sense from her. Oh yes, one of the secondary ones can remember Anatoly Kot in the characteristic image of an officer of the USB FSB.
In the Soviet era, Sergei Makovetsky, in the easily recognizable and already bored role of Sergei Makovetsky, is important, quotes the great, fears and worries. Against his background, Igor Markurbanov and Vitaly Khaev look much more advantageous in the roles of evil Chekists. And this pair is really a godsend for the tape if you wanted to show the NKVD as an organization that should be feared, because Markurbanov stuffed his hand on the images of various kinds of psychopaths and perverts, and Khaev was a bastard in ' Former' and even in 'Text' in cameo lit up. In general, for this duet I want to put a fat plus to the series, both artists look very organic in the entourage of the mid-20th century, actually merge with the era that they personify. The same can be said about the beautiful Podkaminskaya, who is always nice to see in the frame. And about the beginning, but very talented and sexy Anfisa Black, known for ' Geographer Globe propil' but recently shone in the series KinoPoiska 'Just imagine what we know'. Here, this beauty glows in a cameo image of a police officer on the Stone Bridge. By the way, speaking about the caste, it is worth noting absolutely nothing in common with their prototypes of Stalin and Beria - because of which the series sharply loses quality. Even Christopher Plummer looked more realistic in the role of Stalin in his time, and Vladimir Shcherbakov could not be invited to the role of the People’s Commissar of Internal Affairs? He plays that role perfectly!
Another central character of the series is Smolyaninov, depicting an inadequate soldier who is recruited into the killers by evil NKvdeshniks. It is clear that it is associated with the mysterious death of mysterious children (the most boring and outwardly, and characteristic of the characters of the series), and most likely it is clear how, therefore, suddenly came & #39; unexpected finale' nothing experienced viewer gloomy detectives will not surprise and not impress.
But Smolyaninov himself will impress in the role of Bezruk - a nameless, impersonal, emotionless murderer-ascetic in the service of the state, who is ready to kill, even a woman, even a child, on the orders of the People's Commissar-Sadist, for the sake of a spoonful of porridge and comrades at the front. One of many ordinary performers, but at the same time the most important cog of the punitive and repressive machine, working in a totalitarian state like a clock. Another thing is that this mechanism grinds everyone indiscriminately - from the opposition and small pests & #39; to casual passers-by and even their own defenders. If you want to survive, work well. And Bezruk works, under not very friendly banter from high patrons in epaulettes. He does not need love, family, alien to human values. He is a beast that only needs food and sacrifice (read, work). It is amazing how such a terrible antagonist is so talentedly played by an artist with the face of a good guy Arthur Smolyaninov. A character worthy of his leaders in the person of Markurbanov and Khaev, a cold-blooded executioner in the service of the Cheka, about whom liberals and oppositionists like to remember so much (especially now). Perhaps the most high-quality and shot with the scope of a big movie (or rather, a costumed historical drama with a decent visual, and not NTV crafts) storyline of the Soviet era will be the most attractive for such viewers and critics, who do not feed bread, let us speculate about the atrocities of the special services and state terrorism. They will see the most important political message and allegory on the events taking place today in the country and abroad in this story, which is the only qualitative and beautifully filmed. Yes, what far to go - reviewers ' Novaya Gazeta' have already seen them. It is a pity that all this together the series does not save, although it should be admitted that it turned out to be much better than the usual NTV thrash.
