A story about an unusual funeral home near a residential building. During the day, there are funeral ceremonies and people snoop back and forth, and at night the house is filled with the ghosts of the dead. Not by their will, but the inhabitants of the dwelling have to observe before their eyes the twists of ghosts, however, quite harmless. But one day the terrible truth about one of the family members is revealed by a dirty boil, and a hostile demon seeps into the house. . .
Chamber Argentinian horror film from the director-debutant, who may not have managed to shoot something new or innovative about houses with ghosts, but managed to withstand the whole film in a smooth and gloomy narrative.
The film without rocking plunges into a mystical mood, from the first minutes unceremoniously confronting the viewer with a meeting with the dead. Life with the spirits of the dead under one roof is already commonplace for the main characters, however, bringing discomfort. Against the background of this topic, there is a family discord between the spouses, and a misunderstanding with the child.
The tape is saturated with a tense atmosphere, keeping in a constant state of anxiety, and dark footage, pulsating music and a supernatural nightmare grow so chaotically that they cause a real feeling of inner anxiety. At some point, the plot fades into the background and the director completely focuses on infernal images, demons, jumping around furniture rooms, psychological pressure on the viewer and increasingly binding feelings of hopelessness.
Moral: If ghosts begin to wander in your home, then discuss and make a convenient schedule of wakefulness with them when you do not intersect with each other.
As a result, the horror is unlikely to surprise the scenario, but will please connoisseurs of the hopeless atmosphere, gradually increasing catharsis and houses with ghosts.
