Oh, Lisa! On the collar. Old Soviet cartoons. This phrase alone can cause a smile on the face and a feeling of deep nostalgia in the heart, because cartoons at that time were filmed, as they say, with a soul, they always had an unveiled morality that would be understandable even by the youngest viewer, and the picture of the eyes pleased. And that’s exactly what our guest is today. So this is "Wolves are grey tails."
In Russian folk tales, Lisa Patrikeyevna and Wolf Teeth Shchelk did not often agree on opinions and, as a rule, competed with each other, which, however, is not surprising because both predators do not want to share their alleged prey with anyone, they themselves are not enough. Naturally, such greed turned into the fact that both received on the head and with empty stomachs they will drill each other with their eyes. The heroes of today’s cartoon understood the problem of their ancestors, and perhaps their descendants, and therefore walk in the forest together looking for prey. Except there's no prey. Whether the rumbling in the stomach scared the surrounding to eat, or the creaking of snow, although I am more inclined to the fact that the wolf with his foxes with his songs frightened all animals for many miles around, it does not matter. And what is important is that our heroes saw an old man riding a cart and came up with a plan: The fox will pretend to be dead and see that the old man is lucky in the cart, and the wolf ... and the wolf will just stand by. No, why not? What is the use of a wolf in such a situation? Nothing but harm. What happened next? And then our two heroes are waiting for incredible adventures and each of them will get what they deserve.
But all this you will see for yourself, dear viewer, the benefit of the cartoon is only some nine minutes, and the events it is filled to failure. More important is why they love this cartoon. Firstly, it is humor, which is impregnated with every second of the cartoon and which is always in place. Moreover, the humor is quite caustic, because despite the fact that the name of the wolf is derived in the title of the cartoon, the main windshield is still a fox. Secondly, these are the people who took part in the voiceover of this beautiful cartoon. Anatoly Papanov, who gave the voice to many cartoon characters including the main character of the immortal “Well, wait!” here is still at the top and one of his intonation already causes a smile. Or Anastasia Vertinskaya, who gave the voice to the fox, cunning, sly and at the same time carefree voice. Just a fairy tale. Well, or a horse performed by Georgy Vitsin, which has only one phrase per film, but the tone with which this phrase is pronounced ... ah, you just have to hear it. Thirdly, these are wonderful songs that Papanov and Vertinskaya sing in two voices and soon catch yourself singing along to a fox and a wolf. Fourth, it's animation. Never before has a fox looked so beautiful and fluffy, and a wolf formidable and at the same time rustic, like a big child, which he is in fact. No less cute look like the backs, and the rest of the characters, be it grandfather, grandmother, horse or forest animals that will appear on the screen for just a couple of minutes, but giving the picture liveliness. And finally, fifthly, this is a simple morality that tells us that we should think with our own head, and not rely on the opinion of a cunning fox, otherwise this will not lead to good.
Outcome? A great cartoon that can drive away the blues and charge positive for a few hours ahead. I recommend to get acquainted with all those who at one time missed the "Wolf - gray tail", and those who saw, why not reconsider? It's a classic!

P.S. This cartoon is a kind of free remake of the Russian folk tale “The Fox and the Wolf”, so do not be surprised if many moments from these cartoons are similar, the idea is one.
