With the viewing ' The Magnificent Century' I began my acquaintance with Turkey, its history, religion and cinema. A different mentality than Europeans who grew up in biblical culture. Mostly Turkish cinema (with a high rating) represents the morality by which one can judge the people and the values that people cherish. I became interested in him. And now I decided to watch the highly rated TV series 'Forbidden Love'. I do not know if I will be able to watch until the end, for it seems boring to me, and besides, it covers the squeamishness of watching a young woman languish with lust.
In some ball gathered various impurities: lies, greed, adaptation, etc. I think that this is rather a satirical work: the authors decided to see whether people will see the plot from the right angle, because the characters themselves drop phrases that correctly assess the situation: about passion instead of love (in the last series, in which I looked), about the futility of the marriage between Adnan and Bichter. Why do writers need to show adultery so clearly? Perhaps the people condemned him, and did not call black white and indulge in obscenities? Yes, the series is popular, but in which countries? In the supposedly Christian, in which they never talk about what love is and nobody is taught it. And the Bible defines love: (First Corinthians 13:4-8)
39 Love endures long, merciful, love does not envy, love does not exalt, is not proud, does not outrage, does not seek his own, does not irritate, does not think evil, does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; it covers everything, believes everything, hopes everything, endures everything. Love never ceases, though prophecies cease, tongues cease, and knowledge is abolished.39 And note, with a high rating and purchase in many countries, the series does not have a single award, even the actors.
Something was missing from this series. Can there be courage and clarity in assessing impurity, which people with moral uncertainty call love? And all that is necessary is to make the series shorter so that those prone to self-deception do not have the opportunity to savor the passions leading to self-destruction.
This is a film about love, the only one bestowed by heaven, and about the betrayal of love.
Her name is Bichter, his is Behlul. She is a young beauty with the eyes of a wild cat and the wife of an elderly widower with two children, he is an irresistible heartthrob and hoodlum, and also a nephew of her husband. They don't like each other. And then, like an avalanche, it will come – unexpected, uninvited, forbidden – love, and the world will never be the same for them or for those who will be nearby.
They are so different: Bihlul is kind, conscientious, but unable to take responsibility for himself, Bihter is tough, independent and able to love without looking back. He is very attached to the family and therefore will suffer from feelings of guilt in front of his uncle, and in her value system there is no concept of family, and his mental anguish will cause her only disappointment and anger. Their feelings, actions and even words throughout the series will mirror each other. “If my wish had been fulfilled in a different situation, at a different time, in the way I want,” he will tell her at the beginning, when he will be literally crucified by this unexpected feeling. She will say the same thing later when she feels she is losing him. To be together is not possible, to part - the thought itself is unbearable. And their love becomes like a tango (Bichter’s favorite dance), in which there will be passion, and hatred, and betrayal, and despair – then Bihlul will lead in this dance, then she, and so on in a circle, time after time. To come out without loss from this love fight will not succeed neither she nor he. With their hands outstretched to the fire, they will burn violently in it.
Never before, in any film, have I seen a story of love, betrayal and pain so poignantly told. It would seem that the plot is not new, even, alas, trivial (take at least the classics: & #34; Anna Karenina, Red and Black), but for more than 10 years this film continues to excite and excite the hearts and minds of viewers like no other. And the main merit, of course, is the choice of Beren Saat and Kywang Tatlytug for the main roles. This couple can be admired endlessly: they are insanely beautiful, harmonious, and what passion between them – sparks flew! Beren and Kywang didn’t play their heroes, and they were really Bichter and Behlul, and it was amazing!
Having finished watching this picture, I was left with a storm of emotions and impressions. For this role, Beren can be given an Oscar, without exaggeration.
Blaming, condemning, despising is always easy from the outside, and if you look deeper and find out, is it Bichter’s fault? Yeah, I'm on the Beechter team. I understand why she did this.
A moth that flies to the fire, because, having put on the fetters of an “adult” marriage, she has not yet experienced that first, passionate love that turns her head, makes the whole world turn upside down, and it does not matter what in the end, because the young are not afraid of anything.
Yes, at the end of the series, she is not the same, she is a nervous, angry, perhaps selfish woman, but she did not become that herself, she was made: a mother – who, only at the end, realizes that she is a mother; a husband – who, until the end, did not realize that he brought a young girl into the house; Nihal is an egotist who is easy to manipulate (and she is not guilty of this), but still; and of course Bihlul is an eternally resentful boy who believes that everyone owes him something. A parasite that penetrates the soul only poisons it, because it does not know how to take responsibility, because it is used to living on everything ready. How many different topics are covered in this series and the disclosure of each is a small tragedy. In the end, I would like to answer only two questions: “Who is to blame?” and “Could it have ended differently?” It seems to me that everyone is guilty in their own way, one cannot blame only Bikhter and Bikhlul. Everyone did their part. Mrs. Ferdevs was certainly the conductor of this orchestra. The only person who is true to himself is Mademoiselle. For me, she is the personification of wisdom, perseverance, the ability to keep yourself in any situation. All the others could not resist and succumbed to the game of Ferdevs, some of their own will, and some of their stupidity.
But life put everything in its place, distributing places on a pedestal.
The end of the series for me was a great shock, I thought for a long time where was this point of no return.
Turkish series still stand out against the general background, they penetrate directly into the heart, touch the soul, very impressed with what trepidation and respect there are parents, to loved ones.
One of these series is Forbidden Love. In the beginning I watched it out of interest why it was so high, but then I didn’t notice how it captured me, it was impossible to come off. Each episode looks in one breath and seems to watch it all day.
The actors are amazing, I believe everyone. This game of looks is amazing, it is impossible to break away.
Bihlul and Bichter are their love, their relationship is fascinating. It's really their tango. Beechter was capable of anything for love, as a pity that she chose a coward who always ran away in difficulties and wounded her so many times. From the very beginning, Bihlul was not ready to give up the blessings that his uncle gave him, he did not get out of the golden cage.
How interesting the plot is: it is usually customary to worry about positive characters, and then you worry about Bichter, what will happen to her, but she is not white and fluffy and for Bihlul. All the same, you are rooting for them all, you want, so want a happy ending for them. And so that this hitherto sticky Nihal is finally behind Bihlul.
I also like Mrs. Ferdevs (although she does daring things behind the back of all her household), to what extent she knows her value, how beautiful she is, how she beats with a strong word and how she loves her daughters.
I will definitely revisit this series someday. I recommend it to all lovers of the series.
It has been a year since I first saw this masterpiece. This year, I have watched the series three times, some series countless times. It seems strange, I think, but my favorite episodes are 65 through 79 (version 79). It is in them that each of the heroes shows his true face, just when the atmosphere is heated to the point. For me, a series about passionate, forbidden, cruel, all-consuming, but LOVE. But also a mega-important part of this series for me, who chooses to live, who with the truth is cruel, and who with lies is sweet.
Behter + Behlul is love, passion, magic, but in the wrong place and at the wrong time. They both made an unimaginable number of fatal mistakes in their relationship over 2 years. He hurt her, she answered. He answered, and he answered. And so in a circle, they stopped in this, along with the shot. Yes, they loved each other and wanted, and hated and insulted and humiliated, but here the main thing is each other. They really had tango, I saw it, she's behind it - it's from her. He's after her - she's from him. He didn’t have the courage to fight for their love, she didn’t understand that to run after her, you have to leave. This is their tango...
As sweet he, the forbidden fruit, will give pleasure, but will poison with poison.
The events of the film smoothly and slowly develop against the background of the luxurious Ziyagil mansion. From the life of the family blows solidity and sophistication. Even gossip and intrigue are veiled under the mask of noble intentions. A touch of aristocracy and tranquility, as in the English classics, which inevitably develops by the end of the film into a storm of passions.
Passion and madness do not fit into this serene existence and a comfortable life. But love does not ask permission or knock on the door, it has its own laws, and it does not matter whether it brings happiness or destroys everything.
This time, love flares up where it is not necessary. Sharp and strong feelings flare up between the young wife of the head of the family and his relative, raised as a son. The scales are all-consuming, driving crazy passion and betrayal.
Very passionately and beautifully love each other Bikhter and Behlul. Their rare encounters alone are inexpressibly sensual. How much pain and pleasure does this forbidden love bring them, forbidden, secret, minutes and hours stolen from another. And even the humiliation of betrayal cannot stop the force that pushes lovers into each other’s arms again and again.
But over time, a certain tension begins to be felt, it grows, rings like a strained string. Events, winding like a snowball, roll into the abyss to the tragic end. And the closer the finale, the more clearly appears the “inside” of each character of the drama. And even good-looking people have actions and aspirations they don’t want to talk about. And sometimes the bad ones are pathetic too. And tears of remorse shed and suffer from their actions. “There is no pure white or black color.”
Adnan... A decent and noble man, at first glance quite kind and wise. But no matter how much good he does, he will still be abhorrent to me because of one thing he did, which he has no forgiveness for. A good example of how jealousy for a young wife can make a man a monster.
I associate Nichal with the octopus. Very intrusive. Her love for Behlul is just a diagnosis! How he tolerated her surveillance and control is not clear. No other than the yacht, the house and the stock. I just don't know when she was eating and sleeping. It was as if she was standing under Behlul’s door all day long. How can you be so harassed by men, everyone will run away.
Behlul is a charming hoodie, very beautiful, such a single look can "put in bed" But not all men are allowed to be perfect and brutal. Sometimes they have weakness and cowardice in front of life problems. So is Behlul. But it also makes it more real, like in real life, supermen once, twice and fucked up.
Bichter is a separate topic, you can even say a separate book. Talented actress Beren Saat once again created such an interesting image, like cold, calm and calculating, but what depth of feelings is hidden under false indifference. And only her beautiful unreal eyes betray the raging passion inside. And she plays as if she lives on the screen, without any tricks and grins, but it is impossible to come off.
In general, this film teaches a lot of lessons. Good, quality and very worthy of viewing. The only thing that bothers is that everyone is very tactless, constantly asking who called, where you are going, why, why, not sneeze or choke in the house, so that someone does not follow or ask, as if they all grew up in the KGB building. And immediately, in response, they all lie to each other, lie, lie... tiresome. Despite this, the highest score.
I have often seen people speak positively about this series. After the series “Kuzey Gunei”, where the main role is also played by Kyvanch Tatlytug, I decided to watch “Forbidden Love”.
In this series starred many famous talented actors. Events develop slowly at first, but from about the 3rd series the series is very addictive.
In each series there are some events, each series keeps in suspense. If in the first series I was annoyed by the servants, these characters seemed superfluous, then by the 10th series they were already like relatives to me. I loved all the heroes. Here everyone has his own characteristics of character, each hero is interesting in his own way. You can see something from yourself.
This series is shot very qualitatively: episodes do not drag, events unfold dynamically. I can't describe the emotions I felt watching the show. All the actors, even those who have a minor role, played great in this series. Trust everyone. The music in this series is special and very beautiful. Each song is associated with an individual hero.
People are still discussing this series because Forbidden Love is a unique series, a legend.

Let them throw slippers at me, but I will still express an opinion different from the opinion of admirers of the heroine Beren Saat.
This selfish girl ruined the life of an entire family. In the end, this is such a sad ending.
First, in order to annoy her mother, to annoy her, to avenge the death of her father, she marries an old man whom she laid eyes on. And without hiding enjoys the defeat of his mother - stabs her at every opportunity, flaunts his ' allegedly strong feelings ' to Adnan.
Then he gets into a fight with his sister, who was dating Adnan’s nephew, the main character. Personally, my IMHO - she clings to this guy here to prove to her sister that she is better, that she can keep the one that her sister could not.
She gets mad when something is not happening to her, her grimaces of rage are just disgusting - a snake that strangles by the throat. A hysterical, narcissistic person. I only hated her during the film.
The hero Kyvanch has a passion for her, a sexual attraction, which he confuses with love. Having enough of her, he never dares to leave his uncle, who gave him everything in this life. And that's understandable. An orphan who can't do that to a man who replaces his father. His conscience is tormented that he committed such a crime against his uncle. That's why he's so weak. That's why he didn't dare escape. In addition, apparently, also because he eventually fell in love with Adnan’s daughter. This love could save him, make him happy, give him peace. He was sincere when he said that he needed this love, that with it he became purer.
And then, when he finally calmed down and began to build a relationship with a decent girl, the heroine was visited by a fat toad. She could not leave him alone, calm down, leave the family. She needed to do bad for everyone. And she did.
A story that makes you think and touches your soul.
Recently, I got acquainted with the most beautiful painting “Forbidden Love”. Before that, I was very impressed with the play of Beren Saat in the TV series “What is Fatmagul’s fault” and was amazed by her acting, thanks to which, I found a favorite actress. Beren just eclipsed all my favorites. After that, I started studying her filmography, and so I found "Ask-i Memnu."
Immediately, I was intrigued by the plot, and the fact that this series is based on the book by Khalid Ziya Ushakligil, a classic Turkish novel. In addition, I was impatient to see my favorite actress in a completely different image, not similar to Fatmagul.
I am so glad to have seen her work in this way.
The main character of the series - Bichter - a strong, self-aware personality who marries Adnan because, dreams of getting rid of her mother and gaining independence, and also finds support in this person, as he, like Bichter herself, knows firsthand what the loss of a loved one is. She was still too young, and did not know what real passion and love was, and thought that she would find female happiness next to Adnan Ziagel.
However, things went a little differently.
In her life entered Behlul (nephew of Adnan) - confident, loving women, spending his uncle's money. The young man is very handsome, he hides a certain sexual magnetism that attracts girls, and therefore many fell under his spell. First it was Paker (bichter’s sister), then model Elif, who dreams of marrying Behlul herself, and soon little Nichal realizes that her feelings for Behlul are more than love for her brother.
Bichter couldn't resist either. At first, she resisted her passion for a long time, but the intensity became more and more.
Their love flashed, lightning in the middle of a clear sky, and turned their whole lives upside down. They both felt guilty about Adnan because he was one of the best people, and he gave them a lot, but they couldn’t help it. They were attracted to each other.
In this series, I discovered Kivancha Tatlytuga as an actor. His performance as Behlul is simply amazing. Handsome, I couldn't resist that, so I totally understand Beechter. Only with him did she learn what real feelings of passion and jealousy are.
Events in the series develop very intriguingly, which allows you to plunge into the picture with your head. The series is seen in one breath. The actors were selected wonderfully, each played his character very realistically.
A couple of Bichter and Behlul are beyond praise. I think everyone should see it with their own eyes. The way Beren and Kyvanch played is just great! They conveyed the multifaceted character of their heroes. There were times when you started to hate them, and sometimes you started to feel sorry for them and understand the reason for their actions. Both heroes are not perfect people with flaws. Who in the world is perfect? I think that's what this story is about.
The more the series comes to an end, the events become more condensed, and you are very worried about the fate of the main characters, especially Bichter. After all, she is already absorbed in her love to the point of madness, and is ready to do anything, unlike Behlul.
Unfortunately, in the modern world, this is often the case.
In general, I recommend this series to everyone who loves dramatic love stories, and not only to fans of Turkish TV series, but in general to everyone.

To be honest, I am not a fan of all these series, stretching over 100 episodes. Yes, I'm 20, that's my serial maximum.
There are exceptions, just like any other person. In general, there are weaknesses, and those who do not digest the melodramatic body of the novel.
This is "Forbidden Love," oddly enough hooked me. And I will immediately note that there are pros and cons, there are shortcomings in the script, but the impression still has a positive one.
The most important thing for the authors is to create an atmosphere, in my opinion, and here it was created well.
Beren Saat is not just a pretty actress with a pretty figure, who are often taken to such series to attract attention and increase ratings. Beren Saat also plays wonderfully.
To be honest, I didn’t watch the whole series, only individual episodes, from which it became clear to me that this actress should definitely become world famous.
The plot is simple. A girl named Bichter marries a man twice her age. She does this to spite her mother, who has already noticed this outstanding entrepreneur Adnan Bey. At first, this desire to take revenge on my mother, and reminds me of a thirst for profit. But, Bichter is not like her mother (a complete bitch who only needs money from men). At the same time, Bichter is driven by a desire for support, primarily moral, and she craves fatherly love. After all, she had recently lost her beloved father.
There's no stereotype. A young girl who marries an old man really loves him in her own way and feels happy. Confusing the desire for a father’s love with love for a man, she lives in a fantasy world that gives her a sense of security and security. You know, like when I was a kid? When someone seriously offended, sat down on my dad’s lap, snuggled, and that’s it! It got lighter and calmer. That's how it is with our heroine. She's basically a girl. Beechter isn't perfect. Who's perfect?
I know a lot of people don't like Beren Saat. Because it combined different shades. She was arrogant and bitchy, and sometimes she didn't play by the rules. And yes, she's a human being who also has weaknesses and mistakes. But, she is still very sensitive, vulnerable, fragile, ready to give everything in the name of love. Still passionate. It is like fighting passion and tenderness, vortex and stability. She suffered a lot, sobbed, reproached herself, and so often broke, like a little girl, hugging her knees. Only few people could hug her as a girl, as a child, and say that everything was fine. But, after each nervous breakdown, tantrums, and tears, Bichter rose again and again from the ashes, convincing herself and others that she was unshakeable and would fight to the last blood. But the power is not infinite.
Adnan Bay is a noble man. He does not want to taste a young body for money in old age. It's totally alien to him. After all, many believe that if a mature man married a young girl, they are guided by lust and moral decline. A girl only wants money. He and Bichter share a sense of grief, and pain above all else. These heroes reach out to each other for support. But Adnan needs a wife, and he also needs tenderness and stability. Because the age is solid. Therefore, he is frightened by a whirlwind and passion that he did not notice in Bichter. She didn’t even notice it until a while ago.
Behlul is also a controversial character. A distant relative of Adnan, whom he adopted in infancy. Playboy, burner of life, representative of golden youth, with a very sexy appearance. For whom every pretty girl is just another victory.
The quiet, measured life of the heroes, in which everyone seems to have found his place, and decided that it is not worth trying, should suffer a real collapse. Because a whirlwind bursts the passionate love of Behlul for Bichter.
All-consuming, full of temptation, insane, carrying bliss and suffering, but too strong for a weakling like him. He can't accept it, and he can't ignore it. That's why I'm rushing.
Bichter, despite his fragility, takes it for granted over time, but it makes no sense. Love awakens in her both the best and the worst. It is not cowardice, but the desire to fight for love by the most desperate methods dominates. Over and over again, betrayed, desperated, and humiliated, she becomes vicious and cruel, and increasingly begins to resemble her mother. And when that happens, she's afraid. Very afraid. After all, the last thing Bichter wants to be like her. But it doesn't.
Yes, there are characters you love! And Bichter is one of them for me. I love both Bichter and Beren Saat, and watched only for the sake of "them" episodes of the series.
I was surprised to see Beren Saat's face. Beautifully she depicted a woman who was under the press all the time. I feel great inner tension, passion, from which she takes her breath away, often turning into sadness, and so hopeless that I just want to hug her. And then there is despair, emptiness.
It was a shame to see a proud, charming, intelligent, and direct woman turn into such a small, fragile girl, who needs only one thing to love Behlul and be there for her. And she was willing to do anything for it!
I watched another great series, with already familiar and very beloved actors. It looks on the same breath, however, as most Turkish TV series. I watched it in a week and didn’t regret it! I will not tell you about the story, everything is already said in the description of the film. I just want to thank the creators for the perfect duo. What a transformation!!!
Beren Saat in the image of Bichter is different here - not that timid, modest, innocent Fatmagul ("Without guilt"). On the contrary, here the actress appears in the image of an insidious, a little domineering and to some extent even calculating girl who married only to spite her mother.
Also, the image of Behlul is not from the best side - indecisive and weak-willed. His actions are often dishonest and devoid of morality. This is no longer Kuzej (Kuzey Gunei), ready to endure love torments and suffering for the sake of his brother. This is not the man whose given word is above everything in the world and this is not the ideal image of Kurt Seit. But this is still the same incredibly talented actor with the same beautiful eyes and piercing look.
I want to note that no matter what qualities of character the creators of the series give the main characters, Beren Saat and Kivanch Tatlytug brilliantly cope with their tasks, 100% get used to any role, so accurately and sincerely convey love, passion, despair, pain - the whole palette of feelings and emotions that the viewer can only empathize with what he saw on the screen and periodically wipe his eyes, wet with tears.
A special mood for the film gives incredibly beautiful music, which willfully throughout the film foreshadows imminent disaster ... all waiting for some tragedy ... and at the end you wait ...
In general, for me, Turkish TV series stand out among others. Here a real life atmosphere is created, all the details are thought out to the smallest detail - every gesture, object, every scene is important for creating a whole plot and images of the characters. Often there are no usual “happy endings” because these series are created not only to entertain the viewer. Many of them are based on deep meaning, raised many social and internal dramas of people, and therefore at the end of the viewing in the soul often remains quite understandable sadness and longing.
"Forbidden Love" - just such a film - soulful, full of passion and drama. I would recommend it for everyone to see. And I bet:
Turkey is famous for high-quality series, but this one still stands alone due to the serious heat of passions and unconditional “chemistry” between the main characters. As the name suggests, the series is about forbidden love. Bichter is the young wife of an old man, Behlul is a womanizer, a hangman and nephew of a rich uncle. Things might not be so tragic if uncle and husband weren't one. During episodes 40 (in the Russian version of 158), we observe the gradual rapprochement of the main characters: she goes from contempt to sympathy, he beats himself on the hands and periodically leaves the house to see less of the new aunt. But the Fall is inevitable, and a passionate and complex romance begins.
All the actors coped well with their roles, especially note:
Nebahat Chehre is the inimitable Mrs. Firdevs, the mother of the main character, an egotist, an intriguer and just a chic woman!
Khazal Kaya is Behlul's cousin, who has been in love with him since childhood. Oh, how she annoyed me with her naive love, which was always out of place. And this is after the role of Ferihi, whom I sincerely sympathized with! Overall, I did the job.
Beren Saat is Bichter. What can you say here - a beautiful actress, beautiful. Especially successfully, in my opinion, she managed to play the despair of a woman who can not hold her beloved man. On that episode, when she fell to her mother’s knees and asked for help, I just slammed my laptop and promised myself not to watch the series, as it clung very hard. The promise, of course, did not keep.
Kyvanch Tatlytug - Behlul. Turkish Brad Pitt. The role of a lover of ladies was a hundred. And, taking this opportunity, I want to protect his hero, who is accused of cowardice in numerous reviews. In contrast to Bichter, he had something to lose. She was the one who lived in a normal marriage with her husband for a couple of months and would have broken up with him without much regret, and to him, his uncle and cousins were the family he truly loved. Secondly, he was attracted by a kind, caring Bechter, who tried to keep peace in their family, and after the beginning of their affair, she turned into a nervous twitching woman with a million claims. So I understand it.
Summing up, I will say that the series is more than worthy and will appeal to lovers of beautiful melodramas.
It's a great show. Deep psychological drama. Excellent cast. It’s a beautiful, beautiful music.
The theme of the unforgettable 'The King' haunted me throughout the film. This is the same plot, but with a different ending, unhappy, but very lifelike and realistic.
Forbidden love connected not only Behlul and Bichter. Such was the love of Mademoiselle Denise for Adnan, Beshir for Nichal, Behlul for Nichal and Nichal for Behlul.
Perhaps, had Mademoiselle admitted her feelings earlier, the end of the film would have been the beginning, but happy and cloudless. Beshira was called an upstart. Everyone, and above all himself, considered him unworthy. What if he fought? If you let her know that she could be loved, would you give her confidence before you start poisoning her heart with false hopes? Perhaps the caterpillar would have turned into a butterfly much earlier, and the same Behlul managed to see it before beginning his forbidden relationship with the wife of the adored uncle. No one wanted to believe in the love of Behlul and Nihal, it was difficult to imagine two young people who grew up as brother and sister together. But that's the trick. It seems to be relatives - and this gives Behlul the right to take care of Nihal, with a rough tenderness to rub her silky hair, touch her brotherly embrace, forcing the female heart of a still small and inexperienced girl to beat more often and pour blush of her cheeks. Behlul had no right to this love. Nihal was too clean for him, too innocent. He drank from this pure spring and could not get drunk, would never get drunk, could not be cleansed, even after spending all his life with her.
However, for all the forbidden love of Behlul and Bichter, it is impossible not to admire them.
Bichter is extremely beautiful, ambitious, confident. Angel's face, witch's eyes. On the one hand, she knows how to keep herself in control and not show true feelings, hiding them behind a seductive crooked smile, on the other hand, these feelings erupt in her volcano at the most inopportune moments. She is unpredictable, contradictory, she wants to admire. One minute you hate her, but involuntarily look for your eyes in the next frame.
Behlul, looks like such a big, powerful, strong, actually a little boy. A mouse in the shape of a lion. A lion with a mouse heart. Bechter beckons him, he has no strength to resist her, the hurricane of her feelings seems to sweep away all obstacles, but, in the end, destroys everything around. How his view of Bichter is changing! At first he looks at her with fear, almost with horror, he does not want to experience the feelings and desires that she awakens in him. Then the piercing look of blue eyes becomes loving, passionate, and takes the soul of Bichter, and in the end he already avoids it, she blinds him and again frightens him with her passion, her madness, her destructive love.
A lot can be written about all the characters of this film, because, due to the fact that the series is so long, they all opened up completely, I turn one or another facet of my character. In some moments you love them, in others you do not understand, in others you are indignant. All actors, without exception, perfectly embodied their images - from small to great, from main to secondary.
Unusual music took almost more than the plot itself. The first half of the film is long, measured, the second - rushes to the full support straight to the end. The beautiful atmosphere completely immersed in the atmosphere of the city. It seemed that I was looking at the sea myself, sitting in this living room or eating delicious mantas. Magnificent costumes also complemented the female and male images.
I have never seen the theme of betrayal presented not so much from the point of view of passion, but through inner struggles, experiences, and the anguish of conscience. All love scenes were presented in an unusually beautiful and sensual way, tenderly and delicately. Separately, I want to note the moment in which Behlul swims in the pool after a conversation with Bichter. This is a very strong scene from which everything is clear, without a single word.
Favorite quotes:
'Behlul runs'.
'We were driven mad by this spring'.
'Imagine a rainbow stolen from your life'.
Advice:
I highly recommend watching the film in the original language with subtitles. Bichter has an amazing, very gentle, almost affectionate voice, stunning intonations in Ms. Firdevs, an intriguing hoarse Nichal, giving sensuality to her entire image.
The last series is very strong. Be patient and don’t watch it before anyone else.
There are films where from the first minutes, despite the external idyll and bright sun, the feeling of impending tragedy does not leave. Maybe because the main characters symbolically meet where there is no longer and can not be a new life in the cemetery and ignore this warning of fate.
A beautiful young woman (Bichter), trying to find the ground under her feet after the death of her beloved father, and in addition to annoying her mother, marries a rich and influential businessman (Adnan) twice her age. Undoubtedly, she has feelings for this man, though more daughter than marital. First of all, in his arms she seeks protection, tranquility and a sense of family, elbow – that which she was deprived of all her life, due to the heavy nature of her mother.
And for a while, she seems to be really happy in the Ziyagil family. While on the foreground of the film does not come its main character – all-consuming, destructive love in the person of Behlul, Adnan’s nephew, raised by him since childhood, owed him everything in life, and easily, beautifully burns this life on uncle’s money.
The clock begins the countdown on the first meeting of Bichter and Behlul, when, it seems, nothing foreshadows a storm and both of them are sincere in their actions. But when the storm plays out and the deadly reefs are near, the straight and passionate Bichter goes to the end, and the soft, weak-willed Behlul prefers to escape on a fresh, but rich and safe shore.
This is a deep love drama - ruined fates, themes of honesty, sin, cowardice, weakness and betrayal.
Beren Saat is beautiful. If the game of Kyvanch Tatlytu I managed to appreciate in the series “Kuzey Gunei”, then this wonderful actress with unimaginable color eyes, former violet, when her beloved man held her in his arms and the color of a stormy sea, when he trampled her once again, I saw for the first time. The smallest emotions are masterfully conveyed, especially in the second part of the film, where she covers the soul scorched from the inside with a shining shell and again believes, in spite of everything, in Behlul’s seemingly cooled love. Time will tell how she was right.
Kyvanch Tatlytu is high. At one time, I happened to see him as Kuzei and was amazed that there are such high-class actors in Turkey. I was amazed (throw a stone) that the Turks made such high-quality TV shows, because I never got into their cinema. And here's a nice discovery. )
Here Kyvanch got the antipode of Kuzei - a weak, driven, infantile character. When true love finally comes into his life, he is unable to protect it. Moreover, realizing that the beloved is dying, he not only does not save her, but asks her to save him.
And despite that, I can't judge him. At heart, he remained the same unhappy, lost family boy who was afraid to let go of his uncle’s hand. When it came time to grow up, he never found the strength and courage to open her to take the hand of the woman he loved dearly.
Separately, this series has some of the most passionate scenes I’ve seen in TV series in general and not only in them. Crazy chemistry between the main characters literally seeps from the screen, captures and makes you experience these crazy emotions with them.
Look, no doubt, look.
Turkish TV series, as always deeply touch the feelings, cause a storm of emotions. Beautiful people, beautiful landscapes, beautiful words and feelings. So much excitement, tension and, as I have already noticed, an unexpected denouement.
I love Beren (playing the role of Bichter). I watched this movie because of her and became interested in the first series. All the actors play perfectly, but especially loved, except Bichter - Behlul, with his thirst for life, kind heart, eyes, the color of the sea; gentle and trembling Nichal, wise Mademoiselle. There are no perfect heroes. Throughout the film, everyone was upset and disappointed. Together with Bichter, I experienced her feelings, I wished that Behlul also experienced great suffering for what he did to her in the second half of the film, but the end of the film was not enough. I wouldn't want to do that.
Very bright film! I still have an ambiguous attitude towards him, I cannot accept the end.
Great idea, great shot, great play. I don’t want to believe that this can be love.
If two years ago, when I first heard about this series, someone told me that the top of my favorite films will be Turkish soap, I would not believe and laughed in his face. I'd make a mistake. Now, having watched Ask i memnu in its entirety, I honestly acknowledge my great love for this series and consider it one of the best films.
In general, the story is as old as the world: Bichter, the young wife of the old rich husband Adnan falls in love with his young nephew Behlul, who is dependent on his uncle and owes Adnan everything in this life. In addition to the three main characters, there are other supporting characters. This is Bichter’s mother – a treacherous and calculating Ferdevs, a widow living on the maintenance of her newfound son-in-law (by the way, it was to spite Bichter’s mother that she married Adnan, since Ferdevs herself had views on a rich and elderly widower). This is the daughter of Adnan, who since childhood has been in love with Behlul. This is Mrs. Denise - governess of Adnan's children, whose upbringing was entrusted to her by their mother before her death; Denise has also long been hopelessly in love with her master, but his marriage to the young and beautiful Bichter ruins all her hopes.
There are other characters who somehow influenced the course of events, but I don’t see any point in mentioning them. I can only say one thing: they are all thought out to the smallest detail and brilliantly played. I believed every one of them.
But back to the main characters.
So Bichter falls in love with Behlul. Their feeling blossoms with a riotous color against the background of a well-fed, but boring life in the house of a tedious, elderly Adnan, and even constantly traveling on business trips. I watched these first episodes and realized that the inevitability of this betrayal was obvious. Is it possible to have a different outcome if young, beautiful, educated people with temperament and a thirst for life live under one roof? This love is really destructive, forbidden, but they cannot resist it, which will bring them no suffering. Someone will say this is what they should do, they have acted vilely, betrayed the one who gave them his love, support, provided a comfortable life and future. He'll be right. They were mean. However, it is unlikely that they planned their "spookiness" in advance. Beechter had no intention of cheating on her husband when she got married, moreover, her intentions were pure, she really wanted to be a good wife. The current situation puts pressure on Bichter, the further, the worse, the more she feels like her mother, who brought her husband to the coffin with her betrayal. Bichter wants to break this knot, she wants to get rid of the shackles of marriage and be honest with Behlul, leaving her position, wealth and husband, who irritates her more and more. But is Behlul, torn between his duty to his beloved uncle and his passion for his young wife, ready for such a turn of events? Time passes, the situation is heated by plot twists and turns, the characters show more and more facets of their character, turning from positive to negative and vice versa. And you are just watching, not trying to take sides, waiting for the outcome.
And it's amazing, this denouement...
I do not want to spoil the impression of those who are just planning or starting to watch this film. I can only say that Ask i memnu is more of a serial psychological drama, close to life realities, than a melodramatic series. In this film, there are many questions, but no answers, because everyone decides for himself what is good and what is bad, and how to live and what to do.
Of the actors, whose performance without exception was at the highest level, I can especially highlight Beren Saat, who played Bichter. After Fatmagul (the series “What is Fatmagul’s fault?”), I consider her one of the standards of reincarnation. I just can’t believe that Bichter and Fatmagul were played by the same actress! Bravo, Beren! Absolutely stunning as Ferdevs Nebahat Chehre! For all the vicious bitchiness of the character, Ferdevs is one of the smartest movie characters and just a luxurious woman!
I can’t say anything about the music. This is awesome! This is music that gets to the heart! Each individual composition is a whole story, it is a separate character, and his troubles and aspirations. And, of course, my favorite topic is the theme of Bichter and Behlul, it is amazing and for the second year invariably spins in my player and is still fascinating.
In conclusion, I want to say that Ask i memnu has become one of the brightest film impressions for me. I look forward to the new roles of Beren Saat and the new Hilal Saral films!

Forbidden Love is a wonderful Turkish series filled with moral and moral dilemmas, psychologisms and emotions. Beautiful actors, exquisite scenery and costumes, fascinating landscapes. But this is not the main thing, the main thing is a love story, so controversial, controversial that it will not leave you indifferent. This does not mean that you will certainly love the characters, perhaps, and even most likely, they will irritate you, their actions will cause protest. That's the beauty of the movie. We are so used to the fact that all the characters are positive or negative, their actions are appropriate, and therefore the end is predictable and boring. Everything is different, the intrigue will remain until the end. And then, after the final subtitles, there will be a desire to think about the end, deciding whether to agree with it or not, determining for yourself what is good and what is bad.

I didn’t even know about the Turkish TV series. After watching the first episode of Forbidden Love, I became very interested.
There is no uniquely positive hero in the series, everyone has their own minuses, their “cockroaches”, but this is what the picture catches.
Bechter, the main character of the series, falls in love with her husband’s nephew, at first she struggles with her feelings, but soon realizes that it is beyond her powers.
Behlul, an attractive blonde, a favorite of girls, he from the first series pays attention to the young wife of his uncle, but stifling his conscience continues to pay her attention.
Play actors, coupled with very beautiful and soulful music, landscapes of Istanbul, all this is pleasant to watch.
