Kidnapping in Swedish! Let’s be frank, friends, the second part about the agent Hamilton is inferior to the first, both in the setting and in the artistic elements used in the picture. Many films have been shot on the topic of Kidnapping and I think specialists in the field of cinema will bring a number of worthy films. And yet this Swedish picture is quite attractive, despite the brittleness of the theme. Attractive because we have the opportunity to see new faces in the world of cinema, in addition to the already familiar Michael Persbrandt, attractive because several tricks are performed quite competently and professionally.
As is often the case, a beautiful woman has a daughter, but her husband is not all right. No, he is, but the relationship between them is not the best. And it just so happens that this woman has a friend on whom she can rely. Of course you know who I'm talking about. That agent Hamilton. And it seems that all precautions are observed, the daughter is under supervision, but the bandits do not sleep, but wait for the convenient moment. And of course they will. When the girl walks, she will be kidnapped and taken very, very far away. They're so secure that not many people would risk putting their heads in that wolf's mouth. When it turns out where the girl is, when it is found out that she is about to convert to Islam, since the bad guys do not intend to joke, then the hero of Persbrandt will enter the arena, taking the girl’s father with him along the way, to intimidate, so to speak. The enemy's lair is really guarded so that the mosquito can be heard flying through. But there is always a way out for a good cause. This is a very interesting event.
Persbrandt is always good: minimum words and maximum action. No muscle will shake on this courageous and strong-willed face. The bandits are also selected accordingly. In general, there are no claims regarding casting. If you are not confused by the predictability of the proposed events and the novelty of the topic, then this movie can be seen once. I will not say that the soundtrack is very memorable, but the musical accompaniment corresponds to the rhythm and atmosphere of the film. Seven points.
