In my opinion, documentaries are rarely "exciting." You usually watch them not for spectacles, but for information. But this movie is one of the few exceptions I know of. The Irish documentary filmmakers, unexpectedly caught in a big bind, did not get lost, did not cowardice and continued to do their work until the very last moment. As a result, I will not be afraid of this word, the standard of documentary – a first-hand picture, a detailed and detailed presentation of the material in the complete absence of “voice-by-frame”, which allows the viewer to draw conclusions about what is happening. The only drawback is the poor (for obvious reasons) quality of the video, which does not prevent (even on the contrary, contributes to) a feeling of full ownership of what is happening.
In addition, the film is an excellent visual material on how influential circles in the state, with the support of external forces, can remove a democratically elected and supported leader. And how can the people actively express this support, returning everything to its own way.
I highly recommend it to anyone interested in social and political topics.
