If you want to see only sports in all its glory - include matches
I never paid much attention to this series, I saw it on TV. When you try to see it from scratch, something always stops. I guess I wasn’t ready for it until the end.
At the end of March, I decided to give him a chance - and now I have overcome 2 seasons.
The series is about real friendship, about growing up, about first love and about everything that happens in this life with almost every 18-year-old boy.
All this is supported by their favorite thing - sports, or rather, hockey.
In protest to the opinion that the series is supposedly not consecrated hockey as such, I advise the audience to look more closely: the series has a lot of scenes of the game, a lot of game terms, dialogue and training. Do not forget that this is a drama, not a documentary or an online broadcast of the match.
What show without love lines? No character relationship? No feelings? Imagine a series where so many seasons will be shown exclusively gameplay?
It is also worth noting that the series shows the negative side of the sport, where players are trying to sell, survive, wager, where they have to choose between sports or something else.
Who hasn't fallen in love? Who among you has not been jealous, has not fought, has not made mistakes?
They're living people. They're young guys. That's the reality.
For those who think that emotions and feelings are a manifestation of weakness, for those who think that athletes are robots programmed only to play - don't watch TV shows, watch real sports.
Watch only the first season, as the rest of us are copying it in other words. Each season has a conclusion, that is, if the first season had not gathered views and received a sequel, the series would have ended. A similar situation with the second and third seasons. Which is why I didn’t look any further. Moreover, the first season was much more intense. In addition to the main plots, it had branches on four or five series. In the following seasons, the storyline of each hero is sucked out of the finger for the whole season, without diluting it. The series tells not only about hockey, but also about friendship and love. Not to mention the last two points. Thus, the sports component is organically combined with melodrama. Usually, the construction of the series looks like about half of the series is training, and the second half tells the personal stories of each of the characters. The games generally occupy almost the entire series, while continuing the personal plots of the characters. Games and training are spectacularly staged, even non-fans of the sports genre will like it.

First, I wrote such a great article... But then I realized that everyone has their own perception of the situation, and decided to voice only those moments that are clearly striking:
1. Dialogues on the phone are monologues in 99%. and so fast that even monologues are difficult to call.
2. Scoring moments in important - where a save is needed, there is high-class acrobatics, where a goal is needed, there the kicker just sits with a lowered stick on the shield.
3. ' Unplayable' some characters. The main ones here, perhaps, will be Kostrov and Kislyak. I can't judge which will be more correct - ' unwritten' the roles of the characters themselves, either ' under-game' or ' replay' Ivan Zhvakin and Vlad Kanopka. In the game scenes, there are no questions for the characters. And here are the scenes ' life ' there are a lot of questions!
4. Outright stupidity in the relationship between Makeev and Antipova before the wedding! Such stupid situations with lies and twists must be VERY hard to come up with! At least the adventure Makeev and Kashtanova looks much more natural and exciting!
And if you briefly indicate the claims, these are my paragraphs 1 and 2, which catch the eye VERY brightly and very much spoil the impression of the other & #39; action'.
Now it is very fashionable to popularize the Soviet past, to shoot series about Chernobyl, the Olympics, did not ignore the Soviet hockey, of course, because before everyone was proud of our hockey players, Kharlamov was on hearing. After the release of the film “Legend N17” everyone literally obsessed with hockey. Suddenly, everyone remembered how in the distant days of the Soviet Union we played with Canadians. It was on this new wave of sudden interest in hockey that the creators of the series decided to leave. And judging by the incredible number of seasons, and there were 8 of them at the time of writing the review, they did not lose.
It is enough to take a young bad team of pretty young people playing any tough “male” sport, sprinkle them with a romantic touch of youth, give an eccentric coach with a difficult past with psychological or physical trauma ... and the cocktail is ready. The bonfires of the girl’s hearts skyrocketed, a glowing look aimed at the icy beauties, bravely fighting for their place in this world... how not to empathize here, how not to admire.
As in any classic sitcom, each character has a story and a niche in the hierarchy, you will not find two characters alike. There are no two majors or bullies, each hero is in his place and the story seems somewhat plastic.
No, for teenagers and young people, it will really seem interesting and heartfelt, because no matter what, the authors acted wisely. They reflected many problems of personality formation, raised many social issues, touched upon important and quite controversial moments of the sports component, but most importantly - they showed close and life stories for their viewers.
In this series, the characters are not detached from reality - they are also living guys and girls. It is impossible to identify in which city the action takes place, because athletes of all ages, anywhere in our country, face similar difficulties. And of course, everyone goes through these stages of growing up.
You can identify with one of the heroes, you can admire him, you can hate, but when you look back you will see the real reflections of ordinary boys and girls who walk the streets past us.
This is why the series has become so popular. He's real, sincere, alive. This is not a tracing from an American sitcom, not an analogue of foreign melodrama. This is our Russian series about hockey, about guys who might one day become the new Kharlamovs and would lead our country to new heights.

Hockey soap drama or adventures of sports officials
It’s amazing how little negative reviews there are on the site. Do so many people love this series? At first I liked it too, the first two seasons were very much watchable, but then it starts ' Carmelita'. In general, the idea was strong only in the first season, the story of coach Sergey Makeev, who looked very cool on the STS, especially after the not charismatic warriors from Cadetship and Cadets, as well as the dumbest Closed School, is interesting. It was interesting to watch the players 'Bears' such as Kislyak, Ponomarev and Egor Shchukin, was also good and Dima Shchukin. The rest only caused irritation, in particular, snotty Kostrov and degenerate Senya Bakin with his father, the dumbest and most primitive character in the series.
Yes, the first seasons kept a good balance between hockey, love affairs and conspiracies of sports officials, but by season 6 the series had turned into a hyped soap from the troubles of Kazantsev and Zhilin, the topic of hockey went to the third place, if not further. Insanely strained wild, idiotic dialogue with common phrases like: even so? or know what? It is clear that this is not Tarantino, but it could still be presented as something more lifelike.
Since my review is negative, I would like to speak about the worst characters in the series, just sore and I can not keep myself. First, this is Anton Antipov. This has already become a classic on our television, if the character is bald with a wild look, then he will clearly personify an individual from such a stratum as Gopniks, although he is certainly not a Gopnik, but corresponds to all ideas about this subculture. His behavior implies a peaceful coexistence with other players from bull to bull, as his comrades tolerate.
Yulia Antipova-Makeeva, another Persian from the category of outgoing, the lack of any logic in behavior, adequate assessment of reality and of course bringing the beloved to a state of stress, all these merits in the series entirely fall on her shoulders.
And of course, my favorite character is Nikolai Bakin. Realizing why this character was crammed into the plot, I don’t understand how his family didn’t go crazy living with him all this time. This is as exaggerated, naive, delusional and template Persian as it is possible to do in the second decade of the 21st century on the domestic television market. You can point out for a very long time all his delusions, I will only say that he did not fit into this series and definitely spoiled it.
I have no complaints about the actors, all the good guys, some are worse, some are better, but they played all right. Vladimir Zaitsev played best of all, I sympathized with his character most of all, because he is really thoughtful, charismatic and real.
3 out of 10, only in the first seasons
Finally not 'Slave Isaura', 'Just Mary', 'Rich also weep'. And seriously, this series is about sports and the life of athletes in the Ice Palace and beyond.
Many storylines intersecting with each other, from that the series has as many as 6 seasons and is not bored at all! The soap component is well diluted with colorful hockey matches and training. Here you will not see the usual 'amnesia after abortion' or 'duel for the heart of Conchita'.
The series is good, in some episodes I even cried. I love hockey very much, so the subject of my sentimentalism is not the soap component of the series, but hockey victories, defeats.
Of course, there is the personal life of hockey players and the experiences of their loved ones, and where without it? It's a TV series.
Plus colorful characters, not all of course, but there is someone to look at and listen to, in ' Youth' very talented dubbing actors and many foreign box office films are dubbed by these actors, I want to note two of them:
Vladimir Zaitsev - Vadim Yurievich Kazantsev, the voice of many films, including he ' gave ' his voice in dubbing Robert Downey Jr. (Tony Stark), the game is unparalleled, not only the voice is good, emotions, humor, color are off the scale and by itself dialogue and jokes.
Anatoly Kot - Zhilin Anatoly Leonidovich, one of the most colorful characters of the series. I write about them primarily because all the joint scenes ' Kazantsev-Zhilin' made perfectly. The actor himself, playing a negative role, is very positive and often cheers his colleagues behind the scenes.
These are two negative characters to which, despite all the nastyness of the characters, you are imbued with great sympathy and still waiting for the next ' footsteps'.
- Ekhali ' MeVdedi' on the left and behind them the cat Mordaz napede!
V. Y. Kazantsev.
There are so many actors I want to praise and thank everyone for their work!
At least one season, I definitely recommend it! But I think if you are one of those people who likes hockey, you will definitely be drawn permanently and irrevocably.
I will only write about the first season. Why? Because from season to season, the series slides into a soap opera, throwing so many problems on the characters of the series that does not fall to the share of an ordinary person.
But the first season was a breakthrough in youth cinema. Excellent characters, moderate humor and unusual formats of shooting a hockey match. And filmed so that willy-nilly you become a fan of the team “Bears”.
The famous hockey player (Denis Nikiforov) comes to a provincial town where he is trusted to coach the local team. Here he faces corrupt management, discord in the team and other problems. Does that ring a bell? “Coach” Danila Kozlovsky is built on the same patterns.
Heroes. Of course, in the first place is the father of Semyon Bakin, played by a good actor Nikolai Dobrynin. Second place is Semyon Bakin himself, the debut of Igor Ogurtsov. Third place, the captain of the team “Bears” Egor Shchukin, a very correct person in life. He is played by Alexander Sokolovsky. And the last one that caught my attention, Anton Antipov (Ivan Zhvakin), the right hero, reminded me of Frank Castle’s character. For him, the family and mother (Serofima Nizovskaya) are important, in which the team coach falls in love.
Of course, in the first season there are elements of the classics of soap operas and some storylines were sucked out of the finger, but everything was pushed away by hockey. There was a lot of him here. We were shown coaching future champions, matches that kept in suspense. And the purpose of the series was to show hockey and the desire to win, not the emotional experiences of hockey players who went in other seasons.
I do not impose my opinion on anyone, but only the first season is watchable for me.
5 out of 10
The fifth season of “Youth” is called “Adult Life” and it fits that. Because the youthful spontaneity gradually faded from the film and the concerns became adults - as my twelve-year-old son put it - "just don't swear." It may be bad, but in my opinion it allowed to keep the series afloat, to make it interesting to watch, because the viewer could have to look at the eternally young heroes, whose concerns stem from adventurism and maximalism.
The romantic component has not gone anywhere, but has become an adult again, where you have to take responsibility for the decisions made and the choices made. Interest in viewing did not suffer, except that the line of Semyon Bakin - Margarita remained some naive, the addition of new heroes with other life landmarks stirred up the quiet harbor. Old relationships crack at the seams, and new ones do not lag behind the realities of life.
The heroes of previous seasons have matured, but new colorful personalities have been added - Ruslan Zhdanov performed by Vladimir Yaglych is especially good, with whom you have to find a common language.
Of course, some characters caused and cause irritation, but the creators know better, maybe without them the series would not look like. The Bakin family is out of competition. The training process also leaves much to be desired, but the fragments of the games still do not affect, very much to the place everything. The main authors manage to keep the psychological nerve of the action of the series as a whole, which is only a plus for the viewer.
In general, the completion of the first part of the fifth season did not cause irritation and I want to wait for the second to see how the case ends.
1. A series about hockey? I wouldn't say that's true. Hockey with each season moves further into the background, giving way to love dramas, family fights, behind-the-scenes intrigues, etc. Tellingly, when creating the next drama, scriptwriters practically do not use fantasy. There are both classic love triangles, and quite stereotypical themes ala “student rolls up to the teacher”, “adult woman rolls up to the young guy”, “hot guy jealous of his wife to each pole”, “ex-wife does not let her daughter to his father”, etc. These and other heartbreaking situations arise in the characters with such enviable regularity that you involuntarily think: “How boring I still live.” In the 5th season, the writers still brought fresh ideas and now the wife cheats on her husband with his brother, who is going to cheat on his wife with the bride of a teammate! Santa Barbara, honestly. What about hockey? Who wants him? It is not surprising that the main audience of the series “about hockey” are girls who love melodramas, and not people who are interested in sports.
2. A fairy tale? No, not a fairy tale. Even in a fairy tale, it does not happen that a typical working man without higher education in the shortest possible time makes a career "factory-mayor-candidate for mayor-winner of elections", and then he refuses the post of mayor of the city (!) and then sits at home without any work (!!), and eventually reaches such despair that he goes with a friend to illegally sell mushrooms on the street, and his wife lies that he was at his dacha (!!!!). And this is the winner of the mayoral election??? By the way, how did he get into public service without V/O and was able to declare his candidacy for the election??? Well, let’s leave such silly questions aside, although against the background of this story, other fabulous elements of the series, such as the image of St. Makeev and the constant heroic victories of his teams, no longer seem so fabulous.
3. What about the sport? Nothing good. Or rather, everything is so good, so sweet, that it is already cringing. Makeev comes to the team and they start winning. If they lose, they will win next time and do it twice as epic. Exit to the MHL, victory in the MHL, all the cups, the world championship - everything goes into the hands of Makeev. There are no such super coaches on the planet. And if so, then with such performance indicators, our protagonist should have long been on the radar in adult hockey, including abroad, rather than stomping on the level of youth. A separate subject is the players. Someone does not want to play against the former team, someone does not want to leave the team for promotion, and if he left, he will return sooner or later. It even happened that the player left the arena right in the middle of the match because he could not play against former teammates!!! Not a professional sport, but a kindergarten. It's not getting better in the VHL. We have assembled a team of pensioners in Brown Bears, although the funding is very serious at the highest level, but instead of qualitative strengthening, young animals and only one good player on loan were signed. But in fact, a club with such support and such goals should be completed immediately with high-level players, and those who are unfit should leave. But no, in our fairy tale once again the losers will sculpt champions, as if again before the eyes of the first season. And another discrediting of professional sports in the series is allowing Kislyak to return. Another element of the story also appeared. Well, a number of ordinary blunders, which have already been mentioned and which you can close your eyes against the background described above.
4. Where have I seen this before? 5. When will this end? Unknown, but I hope as soon as possible. If Russian filmmakers had a conscience, they would finish the series after the second or maximum third season. There was a suitable moment, and according to the script everything logically ended, and the emotions were correct. But instead, another gum turned out, which in the end will be so jigged that it will already be sick of the constant showdowns of these Makeevs, Kostrovs, Kislyaks and Bakus against an unjust world. The goal is obvious: to churn out more primitive series and make money on fans, nothing new. Rating the first two seasons: 5 out of 10. Follow-up: 1 in 10. Average:
The series premiered in 2013, when I was not interested in the series, we were not interested in what it was about. It took 2 months, I accidentally learned about the series from friends, decided to see (due to the fact that about hockey) the idea I liked, the first season is done very well and moderately dramatic, there are blunders, but if you consider that the series is not made for hockey fans, this can be forgiven, a significant minus of the first season, and all the subsequent ones are a lot of snot (well, very much), the second season is also good, but from the very beginning of the 3rd season the viewer begins to feed the same, apparently the arena in Podolsk was not suitable for filming (the rental is high, and there is a new team for HKhluck, and it is not necessary for the third season, but it is not a new one for the team in the end of the season 39), but it is not for the team for the team, but it is not for the other. Why did everyone stay in the Bears after such a successful performance for the national team? And the creators have forgotten something else, hockey players after 18 years perform in open helmets, and in the series in closed? The fourth season was terrible, not realistic. The writers are still pulling the same lines, it’s really boring, it’s going to be very interesting to look at Season 5, but I don’t think it’s going to be interesting. . .
Well, finally, it's over! Or maybe it's a big deal.
I’m not a fan of sports and I don’t watch it on TV. But at the same time, I can objectively assess the genre of drama and I am well aware of such films that combine these genres. For example, Champions of both parts, Legend N17 and other films of Russian production. But what does the product of youth represent to us? And clean, of course, nothing! Nothing for which the aforementioned films were awarded praise and sympathy by the audience! There's no good acting, there's no NORMAL soundtrack, the plot is like a game, like, here you go one level, here you are in the youth, so then win some cup, and then somehow become superstars of sports! In short, it's a great story. Although, what do you want, if it is based on the old history of a team of losers who are not disciplined, not serious about their activities, in general, they needed a person with whom they would grow up, so to speak. And grew up the wrong word, in 18 years (approximately in the second season, everyone turned) half of the characters were already married, had their first sexual experience (nothing special, unless all the characters were 18), some already had children! And the most important question, brewing while watching the series, where to hurry? You want to bring more complexity into the lives of heroes. To make them all so exhausted, so suffering, so difficult, to put smoke in the eyes and weave ropes out of the viewer. Or are you afraid that young actors will start to flee from a sinking ship?
Actors are the most awkward link in the series. Perhaps I will now insult the feelings of thousands of fans, these “beautiful”, but still I do not believe that such actors as Alexander Sokolovsky, Igor Ogurtsov, Ivan Zhvakin should shine with their monotonous faces on the STS channel. At the same time, they are seriously called cool stars (I would say shameful stars, because of the shooting in Youth, of course), they are so called, in the advertising of the series You all piss me off, Ice Age, in the Evening Urgant! God, it’s time to close the series, the actors start to ignore, not to call right and left to shoot. They can be said specifically. Alexander Sokolovsky is a stone face, only periodically frowns his eyebrows and that’s all. He only duplicate American colleagues, still funny voiced Othmel. Igor Ogurtsov - unfunny jokes, unfunny line with dad, unfunny dreams, in general, not funny, it would be better not to add this unfunny to the series of the dramatic genre. Ivan Zhvakin - has already managed to shine in the series Far Outpost along with a really good actress Valeria Fedorovich. However, this does not absolve him from the lack of emotions in the work on the Youth.
Now for drama. It's all about pomp! No, seriously, they played for Sweden, and they are invited to play in other countries and in general they are the coolest, you might think that we have no other hockey players in all of Russia except for the Bear team from ... and by the way, what kind of city is this, and although it does not matter to us, the main thing is that hockey players!
The worst part of this series. No, it's just quiet horror! Music in a series of 40 episodes per season is repeated from episode to episode, it is only 4 songs, 5 seasons! It's shit! All from the figures of the Russian stage. In the series, you all piss me off, the music is also repeated, also from Russian singers, but there is at least a rich assortment, 10 compositions at least.
I would also like to mention the main component – hockey, of course. It is as well developed here as it is not developed in all of Russia! Matches every Thursday, training around the clock, in general, a fairy tale, it immediately became clear where all the players by the third season dispersed to international clubs.
And now about the predictability and banality of the plot. I’ll take Season 1 as an example because I was hoping for the best. In the team of Bears, which has 6 defeats for the season, a new coach is drawn, who very deftly builds all the guys and then you can not tell, and so obviously.
We ended up with a disgusting series that has no merit. It can be designed for hockey fanatics, which is why I didn’t like it so much. But I don't know why this series has such a high rating!? I only agree with my assessment.
Having seen this product of the domestic manufacturer, I could not help writing the first review in my life. But everything in order.
Actors/actors:
There's nothing to say. They're gone! There are no actors, no play. Of course, we can mention Anatoly Kot and Ivan Dubrovsky. The first I remember from the TV series 'Soldiers' and for a small role in the Brest Fortress, and with the second I studied at the same school. I cannot help but mention Vladimir Zaitsev. He played his Kazantsev flawlessly. The rest are just dark. Separately, I would like to focus on the acting of children. Especially a character like Pasha. I was always ashamed when this 'actor' got into the frame. Why couldn't you find another kid who wasn't so clamped in the frame? Why is there no emotion on his face? The fact that he is a child does not justify him. The most striking domestic example is the Button from 'Daddy’s daughters'. She is also a child, but plays better than many adult actors of the series ' Youth'.
Plot:
That ' Bears' will be in the playoffs/win the cup is obvious. Who else? Fictional love stories / intrigues are also not catchy. They're even more stressful. Especially the story of Yuli and Makeev (1-2 seasons) and the story of Tsarev and Lisa (3-4 seasons). So why did I watch this masterpiece? Perhaps only for the sake of Kazantsev and Zhilin.
Hockey:
A question for the writers. Did you know that during the season the average team scores 18-20% of the realization of the majority? Every single one of you will end up with a goal. All goals are the same. I wish they'd invented something new. Another ton of small hockey blunders, which I do not even want to dwell on.
Music:
The music is all for the amateur. I do not like it, but I will not write about its unsuitability.
Proceeding from the above, I put it ' masterpiece' domestic manufacturer 2 out of 10 for Kazantsev and Zhilin.
Hello, friends of moviegoers. I’m not a fan of Russian movies, let alone our horror shows. In this regard, it is extremely difficult for me to admit that the series “Youth” really touched me. It all started from the banal nothing to watch on TV, and ended with great love and anticipation of new seasons and series.
Of course, it is impossible to evaluate the series by Western standards, budgets, special effects and other charms of the foreign film industry. So what is the secret of the series “Youth”?
I think the most important thing in the series is an extensive romantic plot, in which all the characters of the series participate, and there are so many of them that you do not immediately understand for whom to cheer and worry. And you will undoubtedly have to worry because romance and love in balance with cunning intrigues, betrayal of friends, envy and other complex ideas of the authors that do not allow us to break away from the screen. In general, if you are a romantic or a housewife will be interesting in any case.
In second place solemnly put the sports genre of the series because the Russians did not shoot, but immediately brilliantly performed. What I want to point out is that if you’re far from hockey (like me), you’ll love it and be sick as if you’re actually in the arena. The dynamics of the games are transmitted amazingly and always keeps in suspense.
The third place of honor is simply an excellent voiceover and a selection of youth songs from which emotions are only more felt when watching.
P.S. I think any person at any age will find something of his own in the series “Youth”, can recognize himself in love affairs or see someone from the outside, it contains all the good, evil but so harmoniously that the soul is always warm after watching.
I don't know where to start. . Probably a general impression
I will say right away that this series was first noticed two years ago and from the very beginning I had serious suspicions about it, especially about loud statements about the fact that the series carries a moral, tells about friendship, hockey and other highly spiritual.
So what do we end up with? Another empty, nothing-bearing soap series that has nothing to do with what the creators tell us. The only thing that has to do with hockey is the uniform and the stadium. All!! I understand that the series is designed for female audiences under the age of 16, but why all sane people? ? ?
Everything in order:
Plot
A primitive collection of empty love lines, the number of which from season to season is increasing. Everything that hockey is connected with for me is missing: I don’t see any male friendship, the will to win. All emotions are stretched on the faces extremely ineptly. Horror.
Acting game
For the most part, it is absent at all, on the faces of the characters two or three template expressions. It’s a shame the actors don’t try to improve on the same clichés every season. Characters worked out out of hand badly, especially for our & #39; cute & #39; girls, personally they do not catch me at all. From the gray crowd, Kislyak, Makeev and Ponomarev more or less stand out, but the series cannot be pulled out on them alone.
Soundtrack
For the entire series (4 seasons) there are only 5 musical compositions, there are five of them, Carl!!! Especially hard will have those who do not have too much respect ' Echo of a thousand stations'. Just a brain drain. . .
As a result, we have a primitive TV series, albeit very advertised, carrying nothing in itself and suitable for viewing only on a drunken head. I hope that this action will not be released in the future, because from season to season the absurdity is gaining momentum.
3 out of 10
Youth. Protracted plot and the constant appearance of new, completely uninteresting characters.
I was excited when I first started watching this series. Something new in domestic cinema. Interesting plot, dynamics, well-chosen actors, the series is perfectly shot. The first and second seasons left a very good impression, after watching two seasons, I was looking forward to the third. And in the fall of 2015 came a new, long-awaited third season. Every night I sat in front of the TV, did not miss a single episode and what impressions I had, you ask. Impressions are very twofold, I was very happy with the wedding of Kislyak, the birth of children from the Makeevs and Antipovs, etc., BUT! The series has lost that dynamic, it's been going on for too long, there's no development. All the time there are inefficiencies between the characters of the series. Also in the series there was a lot of the Bakin family, which, to be honest, is already disgusting to look at. There's also too much Gilina with her mistress, Lisa with her husband, and other characters that aren't related to the Bears. The storylines of the team's players simply went by the wayside. The authors have come up with some incredible plot, which is simply incomparable with life. The characters of the series constantly rush from one line to another. Probably, such a twisted plot should arouse the interest of the viewer to watch the series, but for me personally, the series has lost its former interest and potential for development. The first and second seasons watched from beginning to end, and watching the third season, just rewinded moments with Bakin, Zhilin and Lisa’s husband.
I’m looking forward to Season 4, but as a fan of this series, I probably have to say there should be a season 5.6.7. But I think that season 4 should be the final one because the series has outlived its usefulness, there is nothing else to show, the series is no longer of interest. And even when new characters start to appear in the series, it doesn’t predispose me to watching this picture.
To sum up, if I were scoring seasons 1 and 2, I would certainly be scoring 10 out of 10, and in terms of the third and upcoming fourth seasons, 4 out of 10.
'Youth', which appeared on TV screens in 2013, first passed me by, but it was worth last summer to turn on the TV on a famous TV channel at the right time - and I stuck to the laptop screen for more than a week and stuck only when I watched all three seasons of this series.
Sports theme, especially hockey, could not but attract the attention of the viewer, but, as noted by the creators themselves, this series is not about hockey, but about the life of hockey players and those who by the will of fate near these hockey players.
Dramatically, the plot is written quite interesting, the actors (both junior and senior) perform their roles perfectly. Here, of course, it is impossible not to highlight the wonderful game Vladimir Zaitsev, Anatoly Kot and Sergei Komarov, also known as Kazantsev, Zhilin and Romanenko.
To comment on why exactly they, and will not even undertake, it is just necessary to see. And to see not a certain moment, but a whole set of episodes.
As in most series, the writers made a serious emphasis on revealing love lines. Among others, the relations of Misha (Ilya Korobko) and Alina (Maria Ivashchenko), Andrei (Vlad Kanopka) and Yana (Anna Mikhailovskaya), Anton (Ivan Mulin) and Oli (Maria Pirogova) stand out. The last of the pairs, judging by the announcements of the upcoming fourth season, are waiting for serious trials.
Despite the dramatic nature of the series, it is not deprived of humor. The unsurpassed Zoya (Helena Galibina) and Kolya (Nikolai Dobrynin) Bakins are just one of those who are entrusted with the holy mission to make the viewer laugh. And, surprisingly, they almost always fall into the top ten.
It is impossible not to remember Victoria Olegovna Morozova (Galina Sazonova), who, although not loved by the viewer, but with her emphatically intrusive participation in the fate of her daughter makes us believe that she is not driven by some kind of negative motives, but simply motherly love.
Of course, these are not all characters that are somehow interesting in terms of their characters / plot twists and turns, their number simply does not allow you to describe everything you want in one review.
' Youth' went to the masses, including thanks to the musical design. Of course, one can argue about the quality of the tracks used, but the musical themes that are taken from these tracks are very, very good. However, in one of the series in the frame completely unjustifiably appeared group 'Intonation' and began to light up the hall under the phonogram. The artistic value of this moment cannot be realized: there is another advertising move that the creators of the series unnecessarily pamper the viewer with.
In my opinion, the project ' Youth' became successful and collected decent ratings due to the fact that its characters somehow incomprehensibly get to the point, talking about some questions: whether it is love or responsibility for your family, for the team. Several quotes from a variety of series, from the mouths of a variety of characters, were cut into memory.
The series definitely deserves to be loved.
For advertising, 'Intonation' in the frame and simply because the long series initially can not claim the top ten
“Our game is hockey. Our team is the Bears. Our target is 'Youth'!
I decided to watch the series ' Youth '. The first season is a magical combination of humor and everyday life. But then the series slid, even before it began. A sea of weddings, new characters, tragic moments. What are we focusing on? Injuries? On broken fates?
The first question of the second season is “Why so many weddings?” Then Makeev married Julia, then Misha with Alina. Why? Why so many weddings? And in the third season, children are born. Do they want the second generation of hockey players to pull the series? If so (and most likely so, because ' good ' hockey players will bring to the sport and children, as did Makeev with Pasha), the series will fall sharply in my eyes. Most bassist pair Egor / Marina. Marina cheated on Yegor throughout the seasons, and he forgave her. Isn't that too much honor? The creators decided to dilute the love affair with sour jokes. Sometimes those jokes were funny. But only sometimes.
We were promised a series about sports, not love. So I'm going to give this series a fat minus.
' Youth' - a good series, kind such, correct. I used to avoid him for a long time because of hockey. As it turned out, there are not very many hockey scenes. It's like a background. And mostly it's about relationships, friendship, motivation, and love, of course. Where good people win (in the game and in life), and bad people get what they deserve. And the role of the new coach was perfect ' Shadow fighter'. Here he is also principled, fighting the system and various freaks. Strict but correct. And good guys! Learn ' play in a team ' on the field and in life.
There's everything. And relationships with parents, with colleagues, with friends and loved ones. Betrayal, jealousy, separation... But as opposed to true friendship and sincere love.
I love these series. They leave a smile on the face, a slight sadness, and, of course, a lot of positive emotions. Largely because of great music. It's a pity there aren't enough TV shows like this. It would be more, at least people from watching them a little better, kinder, more correct. . .
As for this ' series-sandbox' where picking ' one and the same and the same with them' with constant snot-pounding sound inserts from ' geniuses of Russian pop', it was already written enough. A sports movie? Of course not! This is more about gossip girls (gossipers), who ALWAYS (!!) somehow find themselves at the right time, in the right place, after which the game begins to savor a broken phone: this one heard something, the third misunderstood and ... went (you need to somehow continue sucking the plot out of your finger). A little dilute this despondency of the Bakin family, and a bunch of Kazantsev - Romanenko - Zhilin. Probably many people know that when trying to combine several genres together nothing good, as a rule, does not work. And here we see 'sport', and drama, and melodrama, and politics.
If you look closely, it reflects the whole essence of the internal political situation in the country (RF), namely, the Commercialization of everything and everything. Barriers are trying to make money by all means (and someone lets them do it), but there is no speculation now in principle, so... Further: they break the player - treatment of the bourgeois for a bump (Germany, Israel, etc.), give birth and get sick - also for a bump (the same is better than ours). Whether it is advertising foreign clinics, or some anti-Russian propaganda (here should be a smiley irony).
Bottom line: if you make a remake of this ' masterpiece' with a rethinking of the storyline and throw out all the heavy and repetitive content from season to season, then you can get quite decent ' series replacement' But that, as they say, is a completely different story... will we live to see it?
Why? It's simple! I can feel life on this show. Yeah, it feels like real life. Full of colors, emotions: love, anger, hopelessness, happiness, difficulties, kickbacks and friendship.
Yes, very often, almost always obvious where the plot will turn out, but that's what I'm waiting for, waiting to smile and say, ' I knew it!' I love that this team is doing what they are doing. Reminds those who are beyond... how it was, how emotions beat the fountain, how every day, every action was decisive in all life. Watching 'Youth' I dive into these feelings with my head, covers nostalgia and carefree smile appears on my face.
But I don’t give a very high rating for that. I think it’s great because the show has an important mission. It fits so easily and unobtrusively into the canvas of the entire narrative that it's nice to watch. What a mission, I think the viewers will understand. Those who have not seen, will see and understand.
There is no vulgarity, no pathos, but there is life, and that is the main thing.
I’ve only watched the first season 'Youth' but my opinion is pretty formed.
Predictably, protracted, everything ended too well, which does not please me personally.
I’m a girl, I was more interested in romantic lines and, of course, cute actors. As for couples - in some moments everything was very played and imposed on the viewer, offended that, consider, not a single bright hero without happiness was not left, which in life almost never happens. Unless, Shchukin and Marina, but then, again, from Egor tore this ' a bitch, a traitor, etc.' and he is still ahead.
Sometimes the plot really touched, but in one case everything was so clear, in another - well, there are no such coincidences, in the third there were even twisted, emotional moments. He just found it and went 'Heal'...
Of the minuses, I want to note the musical accompaniment (the music itself is normal sometimes, but the same for forty series of forty minutes and excerpts from this number of songs were always the same) and the fact that the characters chew gum. It was nauseating, it was very unpleasant to look at it, sometimes even heard chanting. Okay, at games it is still forgivable - it gives excitement to the frame, but when you look at a herd of cows instead of solid people who should imply high status - it is bad.
Of the pluses, I want to note the heroes Alina and Misha Ponomarev, who were madly pleased with their character, and not only with their pretty faces.
It was nice to see some long-known actors, but the plot is too serial and the end was visible from the first minutes.
6 out of 10
I learned about the series from my mother, who fundamentally does not watch the series, so to hear that there is a good series on the STS look, for me was a shock!
Starting to watch the series with 25, and everything here went, hooking the young man on the Youth over the weekend, we watched all the missed 25 episodes! I think this is one of the best projects that Russian television could come up with!
This is a series that teaches a lot to young people and the adult generation.
It shows love for sports, friendship and betrayal, love for parents and everything that a person can experience!
Head coach Sergey Makeev, caused me a sea of respect, this man made the team literally for half a year, all thanks to his leadership qualities and respect for the guys! But sometimes his integrity overstepped the stick.
Anton Antipov, I don’t know why, but he became my favorite character in the film. His audacious and violent character, didn't knock him out much of all the guys. He wasn't very selfish about his mother, but he was just afraid she would be hurt. And his love for Ola is a separate story.
Misha Ponomarev showed that it does not matter what family you come from, the main thing is that if you want something in life you will achieve it. His example is instructive for many, his love for his grandmother is just lovely, he was able to put his father on the path of correction. And probably for all those difficulties in life he met such a bright man as Alina, they both deserved this happiness.
Andrey Kislyak, a hero who remained a mystery to me, like a major driving an expensive car, and seemingly a vulnerable guy, I could not unravel his soul.
Egor Shchukin a real captain, much thanks to him Makeev managed to do what he did! Kind and honest guy (the most anti-positive hero of both seasons for me)
Semen Bakin This is who enjoyed both seasons His ease causes a smile, this is just a guy who does not pretend to be more than he is, and his father is a separate series can be made.
I also couldn’t help but say about the music it’s just professionally selected, and my entire playlist is the soundtracks of Youth.
Now I am waiting for autumn, I want spring and summer to pass faster, just to see this masterpiece again.
Thank you to everyone who participated in this project!
I watched for 4 days, both seasons of the series Molodezhke, the first spurt was 33 episodes (series of 47 minutes approximately) without sleep and without a break (I could not break off), then I began to savor and watch not so squats! Very throws in the first season weakness in hockey prices, clicked 5 frames and twisted them the whole series. I'm a former professional athlete and it caught my eye! But what fantastic lyrics, an incomparable cast, for example, 2 times tried to start watching the film ' What Men Talk About' and 2 times threw in the 15th minute of viewing because of a weak cast!
I did not think that I like it so much, now, Bondarchuk (recently he starred in another melodrama watched), how incomparable Kazantsev was (in the first part, the sports director, in the second was in the Federation Council). .. The head coach of the Bears is now the sex symbol of all Russian women, I would put it next to the main character of the film Anna and the King!
In the first season, the footage of the film was VERY repeated, especially in the hockey part, in the second, progress is obvious, but you can shoot at least 5 times better (hockey scenes)! At the same time, I understand perfectly well that actors and employees almost did not sleep and there was a budget limit.
The sharpness (mind) of texts went off scale, I have not seen analogues in the world, at the moment I have seen a speech dialect!
Of the flaws, too many coincidences and too many lies, of course we live in this plan in terrible times, but it is beyond all limits, even in the almost perfect relationship of Oli and Makeev one lie! Or Misha and Alina, children with such faces and images can not lie. ..
In the second part, too much attention is paid to the weak link of the film, this is dad Misha Ponamoreva, an actor for crowds, not the main episodes!
I have long admired little in life, in view of the fact that I traveled the whole world, visited all sorts of life situations, but I have not experienced such pleasure and delight for a long time!
Thank you all for the movie, but I can say it could be even better. .. A magnificent creation! (This is my first review of the film)
I’m not a fan of writing reviews, but ' Youth' so insightful series that today, watching the last episode of season 2, I cried, cried with happiness that the heroes I love are all right. For 2 seasons, you experience all the feelings that the characters experience. The series describes not just the relationship in the team, hockey, training, as well as the personal life of each of the characters, and this, by the way, is not little important, as you penetrate into the depths of the series and understand: But this is real life, there is no such thing that all is good or all is bad, there is exactly that middle ground, which is so lacking in many series; the team does not win every season, otherwise it would look like magic, everyone does not have an ideal personal life, but there is exactly what is real in our lives, all the heroes experience life difficulties, and the most diverse, so to speak, life hits the asphalt, but none of them gives up, of course, it concerns ' the characters, they all go forward and strive for the better, but about ' bad ' otherwise these heroes should be evil ' otherwise make the world, evil ones; ' these heroes should be evil ' I believe that the series educates future youth, sets a great example to play sports, be strong and not be afraid to fight, because it is through trials that we show ourselves who we really are. In this series, compared to other, new, fashionable, there is, sorry, the stupidity that is now advertised everywhere, sometimes you watch TV, and think: & #39; What did this show give me? What did I learn? What did I learn?' And then you realize it's okay. . . But the series ' Youth ' proves otherwise. This is truly a breakthrough in cinematography! I’m looking forward to Season 3 and hopefully there will be more series that will change me and the world in the first place!
That’s it, the series ended, which became my inspiration for autumn and winter. It was a great time and today’s series just proved that I wasted my time. Besides, the victory happened right on the eve of my birthday, yes, in exactly 10 hours I will be 17 years old. I'm ashamed to admit it, but I don't want to get older. So I cried halfway through the last series, not just for the impressive finale, but for my own birthday. But I want to say that this victory is the best gift. Now I’m watching the movie about the movie, the whole house is on my ears because of the upcoming holiday, and I jump all the sofas and cry.
Okay, that was a little lyrical digression, and now to the point.
Actors are wonderful. Hockey kids are really smart! The head coach, Sergey Makeev, can only be admired. A coach is a second parent. As he himself said in one of the series (not literally): For a person, 3 families are important: the first is the one in which he grew up, the second is the one he will create himself, and the third is the team. But the second coach, Romanenko, is such a bitch! From the very beginning I was disgusted. But let's not talk about the bad. There are many, many other heroes - here and the parents of the heroes, and girls - my favorite Yanochka, Olya, Alina and all the others. A lot has been written about them.
The plot is not worn-out, there are, of course, some banal “things”, but it is more lyrical part, but here is another question, and what else can you think of, if everything is already invented? Every story, every line is thought out to the smallest detail. Very interesting to watch. In general, I did not notice the minuses here, except that they are insignificant, but what are the minuses?!
Ups and downs, ups and downs again. In general, everything is the same as in real life, only these guys eventually took off where many do not risk even looking. They jumped above their own head. They won the first adult cup. They won not only physically but also morally. They did not defend the honor of the coach, did not allow the “old comrade” to break him a second time. They got adult gifts. It's actually grown.
Now, sports hay. Spectacular. Bright. Beautiful. Well done. 10 out of 10.
It all starts with the fact that one small team is trying to get into the youth league, but it does not succeed. The guys from the Bears disrespect their coach Stepan Arkadyevich Zharsky. And after many attempts to make the team was able to go to the youth, he leaves. He is replaced by a new coach Sergey Makeev, who manages to make a real hockey team out of a gathering of non-professionals.
Since we have already begun to talk about Makeev, let us still find out what kind of person he really is. He really likes hockey, but because of his injury, he can’t play it. He believes in the team he has trained. He's bold and principled. Makeev is incapable of betraying. I can rate an actor's performance by 8 out of 10.
The second coach Yuri Romanenko is the opposite of Makeev. This is not the most pleasant character, but if he is not in the series, then the series will not be the same!
Let’s talk about the Bears team. All the guys on the team are very different. Bad and good, rich and not so, brave and cowardly, capable of betrayal and not, but as the series progresses, the characters change. All actors who play a team, play differently someone better, someone worse, but in general, the performance of actors can be estimated at 6.5 points out of 10.
Now we will discuss the most fun character of the series “Youth” Nikolai Bakin father of goalkeeper Semyon Bakin. Nicholas throughout the series gets into various ridiculous situations, at which you want to laugh!! He loves his son and always supports him. I will rate the actor’s performance by 9 out of 10.
One of the main negative characters Vadim Yurievich Kazantsev. He's ruining everything! He is a very cunning man in himself. Most of all, he does not like Sergey Makeev, so in any situation he puts a stick in his wheels. I will rate the actor's performance by 8 points out of 10.
Should I watch this series? I'll tell you, yeah, look! You will like interesting stories, ridiculous situations, good acting of actors, colorful hockey scenes ... I will rate this series as a whole at 8 out of 10. P.S. Thanks to all the creators of the series “Youth”
On the wave of the Winter Olympics in Sochi on the horizon of Russian cinema and television, the theme of winter sports has become more relevant than ever. Following the stunning film 'Legend No. 17', the TV channel STS has released a sports drama 'Youth'. And it was pretty good.
The main characters of the series are young hockey players who play for an average team that misses stars from the sky. But that all changes with the arrival of a new young coach, a former NHL player, by the way. The injury did not allow him to realize himself as a hockey player, but he dreams of realizing his potential as a coach. The image of Sergei Makeev is a kind of hero of our time - honest, fair, intelligent and, of course, wholeheartedly worried about the work of a lifetime - hockey. He made of ' Bears' a real team where one for all, and all for one.
If the series had only a line of hockey, then most likely the series would not be so interesting and exciting. Lines of relationships with parents, soul mates, team management - all this reveals the relationship in the team. As Makeev said, ': A hockey player is a warrior. A warrior's house is his back. If everything is bad in the rear, then there will be nothing good on the court & #39;
The problem with many sports films is that it all comes down to either sports or relationships, in ' Youth' balance is maintained. Hockey is shown very dynamically, and during the games ' Bears' several times caught myself thinking that I am worried about the outcome of the game no less than at the matches of the Russian national team.
As for the cast, the main characters are little-known actors who please the eye with their youth and pleasant appearance. Of the famous actors, the series plays Denis Nikiforov, who is known to many for his role as a boxer in the films ' Shadow Fight' (again an athlete!). Also, the eccentric oligarch plays Fyodor Bondarchuk, who simultaneously acts as a producer. Especially want to highlight Nikolai Dobrynin, who plays the father of the goalkeeper ' Bears' Seeds Bakin. His character is so sincere that it seems that he is your neighbor.
The series turned out to be kind, partly vital, because indeed different guys from different families, with different financial situation, different values play hockey, but if they are teams, then all these moments recede into the background and there is one goal - to win!
This opinion does not claim to be expert-professional. Pure IMHO.
To begin with, I watch TV series for a long time, and this love began with Russian TV series, which then, in not so distant childhood, seemed to me the height of perfection. But as it turned out later, fortunately or unfortunately (I still support the first option), I have never been so wrong in my life!
The theme of sports in the serial industry is not so common, and quality products are negligible for me, so ' Youth' sat down to watch with a cocktail of pleasant curiosity and some spoonful of doubt. Again, my intuition didn't let me down. The project disappointed. I sincerely watched all episodes of season 1 and even episode 5 of 2, but no, all attempts to revive the impression were in vain. Alas.
So let's start with the pros:
1.Nice start. This is the so-called novelty effect. Heroes, scene, cast. But after a few episodes it becomes clear what will happen next. The classic plot ' the transformation of an ugly duckling, namely a team of losers, into a swan, or rather swans'. the story is as old as the world, but I did not see any original vision. Typical problems of generations, unrequited love, good and evil. I understand, of course, the audience of the series girls from 12 to 18, but still. Why is it so primitive to show morality, its characters frankly ' read ' as on a piece of paper, and even make the appropriate music - heroic (a la American films about superheroes). Well, just domestic batmen on the road.
That's all. You know, in an American TV series, I could add at least one more plus - a quality soundtrack, but the creators of this ' something ' and here pumped up.
Minuses, of which there are many:
1. Plot. The weak side of almost all Russian (and some foreign) TV series. Weak, boring, predictable. Almost immediately it becomes clear that the Bears will get into the Youth. Only in roundabout, difficult ways. But life is like that, not all sugar and gingerbread. And about the number of love lines, also not pretending to be exciting and catching just the expanse. Or obstacles along the way 'True love' Makeeva and Yuli, although in fact the main of them was the endless unfounded lies of the latter. Oh, yeah, well, her husband left her, well, now you definitely need to close yourself and lie. It's a wonderful adult behavior.
Or the classic cheating girl of a good guy with a bad guy. Well, that's fine, but she's also having an abortion. At the age of 17 and without any remorse, our heroine only cares if her boyfriend finds out about it. They say the show is supposedly moral. Fire me.
If you want to focus on drama, think about it 20 times. The result is so bad.
2.Typical characters.
Here it is, another ' contagion' domestic film projects. I'm sure a lot of people will say I'm nagging. Perhaps, but I'm spoiled for a wonderfully diverse and ' not cardboard characters'. I want to see people on the screen, not robots. Like everyone else, they have their own value system. And then you can throw the character from extreme to extreme, while condemning ' He changes'.
Makeev - The most thoughtful character. Strong-willed, strict, but just like our justice. He will always be in a position to help, for his own, as people say 'mountain'. The only negative aspect is his running after Julia. I've been looking so sorry. He is a strong man in every respect.
Egor - Local Cap. I didn’t see any leadership qualities. The game, sorry for the audacity, leaves much to be desired. This guy has two facial expressions for every occasion: Thoughtful - preoccupied (brows are reduced to the nose, lips are pinched, and this is 18 years old?) and joyful - satisfied, here I live more emotions. All in all, a nice guy dating the main cheerleader.
Romanenko and Kazantsev Dima Shchukin - by tradition - the younger intelligent brother. I don't know, he's a joke with a girl who doesn't like hockey. If she does not accept you, then why do you need one, it is a shameful habit of smoking or alcoholism. Here’s where the writers looked. Logic, where are you?
Separately, I would like to highlight the relationship with my brother. This is the finish, gentlemen. All they do is argue or ignore each other. I wish they could explain why. But why, after all, idiots watch the series, why bother again.
Kislyak - I think this guy even likes me. He is a man who lives for pleasure and does not hide it. At least honestly.
Michael - I don't see them very often. And the grandmother helps, and he plays hockey well, and he can stand up for the girl. Bold, honest, smart. I like it very much, it is a pity only in life such are rarely found.
I will not paint the rest, I am not interested in them at all. That the nerd is Marina, that the incomprehensible Julia, the clever one is the beautiful Yana, running after the boy Sasha. in general, the female composition only disappoints. Sadly. Alina is trying to save the day.
3.Operational work - Not bad, but you can do better. Dilute the scenes of training, and the feeling that always show the same thing. I like the scenes of the matches, perhaps the most intense and atmospheric. But for this installation you need to tear off your hands. As mentioned earlier, it seems that the series begins somewhere in the middle, and ends terribly ugly at the end. I've never seen the worst way to attract and hold the audience. It's a shame, that's all.
4.Musical accompaniment. - the most sad point. Like an avid music lover, it cut my hearing with a blunt knife. 5 songs in 40 episodes. 5! This is not something that is not in any gate, it is the height of grudge and disrespect for the viewer.
And another unpleasant moment - ' Hidden advertising'. Secret nowhere, at this pace, the characters will read or pull out of the bags Laska.
To summarize: The series turned out to be mediocre. Was made on the wave of hockey hype ' Legends 17'. Commercial interest is the reality of the modern world. Everything is clear, but you could at least try to do something worthy, and not this slag for juvenile fools.
There is nothing to look at here except for the snug faces and the next version of Santa Barbara with pink heels. And this series last year was awarded ' Best Russian TV Series' in the category of drama.
I can't see the drama here.
Like many fans of this sport before the start of the series, after listening to the recommendations of hockey gurus and watching the teaser, I was all waiting. Sports series! It was something new, I thought. What a disappointment it was when I saw a product in the style of Cadets or Ranetok, only the first put on hockey uniforms, and the second – signed up for a support group. Well, it happened: intrigue, infidelity, pregnancy, abortion, sudden kinship, social inequality, greed, cowardice, hypocrisy, deception, fathers-children... Hockey? Pff, this is for you on the KHL channel.
And from that causes a smile that the series ' Youth' motivates the younger generation to go into sports. To go into all the hardships of adult life, that's it - it probably will.
I advise you to go to the box instead of viewing the puck.
