The operator is the reason Cinematography is the reason I decided to start watching this series. Jergen Johansson took part in the filming of the series The Bridge, and there his work just made me look for his next films. And here, as in the series Bridge, you can feel how he masterfully shows Denmark the night in soft colors, filled with the light of organized streetlights, lanes, a soft tone when we are at someone’s house, he catches the confidence and calm of the Danes, despite the events that await our heroes. Panoramas of Denmark from a height of flight - this is also his handwriting, to this can be added his desire to make the viewer feel as much as possible that we are somewhere nearby watching what is happening.
I can’t say what’s different about this scenario: a policy that needs bodyguards, because even a small Denmark can have a desire to get into the politics of people for whom all means are good. And then the PET service - the security of the authorities is good that it has all the arsenals of equipment multiplied by correctly selected personnel who can make quick decisions. However, the disadvantages of both the authorities and the guards themselves are shown, when you have to be just the right strategist, sometimes removing people who you do not call enemies.
Good actors there, I understand, appreciate no less than good guards, because those who I know from the series Bridge I recognized in this series, however, only a few.
In the end, it’s a pretty good series, skipped as you see by almost all moviegoers, though there’s a much lower quality that’s watched and spit.
