Children can be evil out of ignorance, but adults always forgive them, as I personally learned as a child. And all because adults themselves were children, did not always do pleasant things. But it is much more incredible when a child forgives others.

I’ve already seen the movie, but it doesn’t matter, because I watch a lot of things and don’t remember a lot. The reason to watch now is that the prequel and at the same time the sequel of this movie have already come out. . .
A little boy goes to school, where he is treated in a special way, because he is special. History is as old as life. School is the foundation of the future life of man. Here they learn good, and children must learn to distinguish evil from good.
The subject of the school is very topical. Modern schools in general have become a kind of training ground for children, a place where adults are literally raised in an accelerated mode. There's too much going on here. Some people think this place is not where it should be. Life has become chaotic lately. It's been half a century or more. In the past, no one had so much knowledge. But today everyone is in a hurry, learning more about good and evil. And this process has only accelerated exponentially with the advent of high-speed Internet with a lot of information. Therefore, children today can be much smarter than their parents, especially in science and using the same Internet, gadgets.
Modern schoolchildren are much harder morally, to summarize the above, than even those who studied 20 years ago. And our hero is also burdened with something. He is more knowledgeable than his peers. And that might add to his friends. We all know these guys. Their minds make them friends, but this is not the basis for friendship that can be really strong. Although it can be a door or a path to it, to a strong and long friendship. Everyone uses what they can or have. For example, just a beautiful girl attracts a gentleman with beauty. A beautiful soul and good deeds the girl operates already listed. What attracts our film?
In addition to topicality, there is simply a spiritual basis in it, which is close to many. Because we were all rejected in one way or another, not accepted into any company, but in the end we found a different way to the goal. And we were all in the background, not getting enough attention, as another heroine of this movie.
In our tape, children sometimes do very painful not physically, but with their language, saying out loud what should not even be thought. The nature of evil is that it is everywhere. Neither good education nor good life saves from it, nothing. Perhaps God can only save you. But in our world He is very, very little, and every year there is less light, and darkness comes. Bad thoughts always come, vowed not to make them part of yourself, but simply to dismiss them as from annoying flies, or even to destroy with the light of good. And doing good, do not be discouraged like me.
Otherwise, the main problem of modern schools is that, no matter how it sounds, it simultaneously gets completely different little people with different incomes, already different beginning to form views on life (children today, as I said, grow up much earlier than before). School is essentially a compact peculiar world, where it is easy to become your own, as well as a stranger, or even completely invisible. For many of these and other reasons, in the end, someone loves school, someone is neutral to it, and someone has feelings of a different nature. And all this is partly shown in this film in passing.
This film tells the story of a young boy who, by genetic error, was born with severe facial problems and underwent more than twenty plastic surgeries to breathe, talk and see. It is clear that such events affected the appearance of the boy. He practically does not leave the house where his mother teaches him, and if he does, he puts on a toy helmet from a spacesuit, because he dreams of flying into space. However, the parents still decide to “let go” the boy and in the fifth grade he will have to go to school for the first time. I think everyone understands the challenges the hero will face.
This movie is filled with kindness. It's so touching that I'm pretty sure it'll make even the most callous person cry. Of course, the film consists of a large number of familiar clichés, but this is the case when they work very well.
I really liked that the film does not forget about the kind of secondary characters of this story, showing their problems too, one way or another, associated with the experiences of the main character: the mother who dissolved in her son, played by Julia Roberts, who forgot about everything and suffers from hyperprotection, the lost dad who jokes tries to hide his fear of his son’s future, finally, the older sister, played by Isabela Vidovich, who is not noticed by anyone, since she is in the shadow of her brother’s problems. By the way, Vidovich perfectly coped with the role and I became interested in her other works - I think in the future to get acquainted with them.
This is a very decent and kind picture that raises, albeit a hundred times raised, but very important questions. I highly recommend watching this film with your children.
Strangely, but tearful films occupy a place of honor in the popular top of favorite genres, along with horrors about a moronic family in a country house or action movies with giant monsters or robots. It seems counterintuitive to watch a movie to cry. But maybe it's one way for people to get their accumulated emotions out. Although with the help of a usually unremarkable and very manipulative film. Before watching Miracle, I knew what was coming. The result was slightly higher than expected.
The main character is a boy Auggie, who has undergone a huge number of operations on the face due to a genetic disease. He's going to school for the first time. Based on the introductory ones, you can roughly guess what the dynamics of the film will be, some moments you have most likely seen a hundred thousand times (overheard conversation, resentment, and then forgiveness). “Tear” traps are not always placed correctly: sometimes you are caught off guard, and sometimes you become funny from a very obvious provocation (the moment with the dog). The secondary characters of the film are all like a selection: a kind and wise director, a bully-rich boy who is a good guy at heart, the friends of this boy, the unpleasant parents of the boy (um, it reminds something of one series of books about wizards). By the way, the film was based on a novel by a writer named R.J. Palacio (um, it looks like the pseudonym of the writer who created a series of books about wizards).
One element of the film that brightens up the sentimental crime is the boy's family. Unlike other refined characters, she doesn't look like a family from a laundry detergent commercial. These are people who have their own problems. The actors who played their parents (Julia Roberts and Owen Wilson) are, of course, good and add heart to all this ugliness.
The second thing that surprised me was the perspective from my older sister’s perspective. The move added depths to family relationships and increased involvement in the film (I speak like an older brother). On the other hand, the narrative on behalf of Auggie's friends and his sister seemed superfluous to me. But for trying to diversify the film put a plus.
“Miracle” is still a bright representative of tearful films with an abundance of clichés, but, in my opinion, made more talented. Unlike the “Dogs of Life” released in the same year, where the doggies simply died and were born touchingly, this film has a kind and correct message, pleasant actors and 1 interesting move. For viewing in the company of a mother, a girl, a child - just right (but without a dog).
Auggie is like most boys: he likes playing computer games, going to birthday parties, and is a Star Wars fan. But there's one small thing about him: he had his face disfigured as a result of a genetic error, so he never went to school. . . The film begins when the parents finally decide to take this step - Auggie goes to school! Such an outing does not bode well, as small children in the presence of Augustus usually begin to cry, and older children are afraid of contracting the plague. . . More importantly. The appearance or inner world of a person? I would like to highlight a scene where the teacher explained to children the effect of refraction of light rays. Refraction is the metaphorical thread that will permeate the entire film. It's a really bright, kind movie.
Above in the reviews (mostly negative) quite detailed and honestly described the essence of this film: a little cardboard characters, general obscenity and the lack of even a hint of depth.
Ideal family, Dumbledore-Director, children, as if specially trained to accept peers who are not like others.
Importantly, this film should not be taken as a serious movie. This is a video tutorial for children under 12. He says, 'It's OK to be different' and suggests seeing how it might be in a spherical child with features in a vacuum. That, and only that, is the value of this painting. It is worth showing children and conducting an analysis with them, making it clear that if the boy is not happy in ideal conditions, then what happens to real, living people with similar problems in the cruel world around us.

A good and enjoyable film for the whole family. C obvious, but nothing less worthy of morality
Plot. 11-year-old Auggie Pullman loves Halloween because it is the only day he can wear a mask and be like everyone else.
The boy was born with a genetic abnormality. He had more than 20 surgeries, but still has an unusual face.
After several years of homeschooling, he decides to go to a real school.
Notes on the Fields.
This film is useful to show in schools for children and their parents. There would have been less conflict.
As parents of Auggie – exceptionally nice Julia Roberts and Owen Wilson.
I especially liked the offshoots of the film when we see it through the eyes of other characters.
It would be even better if the whole story was told by different children (not only Auggie and his friend, but also a boy who disliked him, for example).
More views on the question raised, more conclusions. We would be more able to penetrate the characters and associate ourselves with what is happening.
This is definitely the right movie, but not without cons for the sophisticated viewer.
It is quite predictable and sometimes simplified, sometimes too sentimental.
I think a lot of people are used to having a lot of drama in a movie like this.
Remember at least the great "Stuffed" with Yuri Nikulina and young Christina Orbakaite.
By their standards, everything is quite dull here.
I don’t see anything wrong with that kind of tone.
The topic raised is very important and should be perceived by as many people as possible.
It reminds me more of our life-affirming Soviet comedies.
Yeah, a slightly exaggerated story. But filled with inspiring faith in people, the image of the right person (parent, teacher, principal, classmates), whom you want to follow, and hope for tomorrow.
It is important for any child to be aware of their importance and importance to others. A small sense of worthlessness and uselessness can cause huge problems in the future. Therefore, no matter what external shortcomings the child was born, it is very important to always support him and emphasize that he is absolutely the same as everyone else. This is what the main characters of the family drama “Miracle” do.
At first glance, August "Auggie" Pullman is such an ordinary boy, like millions of other boys in the world. He likes to play from a video game, ride a bicycle and dreams of becoming an astronaut. But Auggie's not exactly an ordinary boy. Since his birth, he has undergone more than a dozen different surgeries that have changed his face forever. For this reason, Auggie spent most of his life at home. But it is time to go to a real school with real peers.
In fact, Jacob Tremblay can be attributed to one of the most promising young and young actors. During his small career, the actor managed to play in several popular films, establishing himself as a talented dramatic performer. Actually here, despite the layers of realistic make-up, the actor perfectly got used to the image of the cheerful Auggie Pullman, who overcomes fears and complexes, which inspires confidence of others and finds real friends. It is also safe to note Julia Roberts as Isabel, Auggie’s mother, who is ready to sacrifice much, even her own career, for the sake of her son’s happiness.
Directed by Stephen Chbosky, he directed a classic family drama about childhood and early adulthood. We see a typical story of a rogue boy who finds himself alone in a completely alien and hostile environment. Alone, he struggles with this environment by simply being himself. Of course, such relentless behavior of the main character attracts some characters and exasperates others. Of course, the hero manages not only to defend his right to exist, but to win even more friends, and his enemies only get what they deserve.
The script of the film can be divided into three chapters. The first chapter is about Auggie. As a child, he was born with a complex disease, which caused him to undergo a bunch of different operations so that he could just live. True, the hero had to pay a high price - now his face is permanently mutilated. For this reason, Auggie lived at home all his life. His mom replaced him with a friend and a teacher, but there comes a point where he just has to start going to school. Of course, the boy is given such a new life stage is not without difficulty, but Auggie overcomes fears and complexes, than only attracts others. The second chapter tells the story of Vie, Auggie’s older sister, a teenage girl who loves her brother very much, but who has always had to play a secondary role for her parents. The third chapter tells Miranda, Via’s former best friend, who tries to explain to the audience the reason why she so demonstratively cooled to her friend.
Overall, “Miracle” can be a bit naive, but very kind film that should appeal to both children and adults. The film catches just some special humanity, genuine kindness and responsiveness, which may be lacking in real life. That's why I recommend it.
Owen and Julia's duet is great. I basically love the work of these actors, especially Wilson, with his charisma to any topic of beating. Later even read their joint live interview and once again made sure that the director chose this couple correctly!
The film is really very kind. What does he teach?
* If you want to say it, say it.
* If you do, say "br"
* Never be afraid and try something new.
Appreciate the openness of friends and protect their weaknesses
Treat others as if you wanted to do that to yourself.
Bad lessons? I doubt it. After all, in life there is enough bitter truth, hypocrisy and constant masks. Cinema is an entertainment industry where we come to relax from the outside world. It's even better when we come to rest and we can learn something, like this tape. Personally, I wanted to hug my family immediately after the film, but alas, they were not around.
What's the movie for? Perhaps to evaluate one’s own mind and body, where love and warmth are lacking. Remember that any reaction we have to something is just a reflection of ourselves.
A separate plus for the cool inserts of the characters of other films, which our main guy Auggie loves, I even laughed.
9 out of 10
Why not 10? I would like to see in the film the disclosure of the characters of Auggie’s father and mother, not enough time was given to them.
Good to see you, dear reader!
The film ' Miracle' is more than just a film about a boy Auggie who looks different and who feels like an alien element in a regular school. This is a film about the whole Pullman family, about the relationship between parents and children, children (sister and brother) with each other, children with the outside world.
In this family, each member appears in its role:
– mother as ' head ' family who put aside their dream – to write a dissertation – for the sake of a decent upbringing of their son;
Father as such a kind and calm clerk in a shirt and tie, who is not subject to the words of his mother, but at the same time gives very valuable advice (also pampers children!);
A daughter as an image of an almost perfect sister - caring, kind and sincere. A very nice scene from the past, when blowing out a candle for her birthday, she wished her mother to give birth to a boy. At first it seemed that her image was not revealed at all, but then you see that you can not do without jealousy for your brother, friendly betrayal and love scenes.
The son as the embodiment of wisdom, willpower, intelligence and inner beauty. Shy of his face and wearing a helmet at the first opportunity to hide it. By the way, he has an amazing sense of humor!
The problem of not accepting someone in society (skin color, orientation, gender, etc.) is normal. And, frankly, if we were to replace a child who has #39; no face #39; with a child of a different skin color — not the same as all other children in school — the film would not lose anything from this. After all, all people who at first seem to us that they are not like everyone else must pass the stage of society’s rejection of their specifications.
Auggie was not able to pass this stage immediately - the whole family was very worried about how he would be accepted at school. What was the surprise of my mother, when after school Auggie came out not alone, but with a friend Jack, who, being an atmosphere of conformism, closed his eyes to the external originality of his classmate and fell in love with his inner qualities.
This event affects the family as a whole: the mother finally finishes the dissertation, and the sister finds the other half.
The meaning of the film is expressed in one of the last scenes of the headmaster – one person can change a lot around him in a positive way. Auggie is that classmate who was able to reveal his classmates and let them know in elementary school that inner rich beauty still wins outer empty. In real life, it would be a challenge for parents to explain it to a child, but it is a lesson for raising their children.
Q': Mom, thank you for sending me to school...' you can go on like this '...because I was able to do so much good for school. To increase the level of empathy for sure.'
9 out of 10 for the perfect plot. I want to believe that all the rejections of society at the initial stage in the end will end exactly as in the film.
After watching 'Rooms' and admiring the acting work of Jacob Tremblay, I did not hesitate to include 'Miracle' in the hope of watching an interesting and touching drama. Actually, I was able to see such a drama, but only partially.
In the director's chair there is a man who managed to transfer his own book to the screen ' It's good to be quiet' - Stephen Chbosky. ' Quiet' came out a good movie with good actors, but too implausible in terms of the social interaction of the protagonist with the people around him. Even without knowing who the director was 'Wonder', I felt like I had known him before with 'Hand'.
The plot is simple: a boy with a genetic defect in appearance goes to school for the first time and, in fact, the whole drama is tied to his communication with the children around him.
Throughout the film, they try to squeeze tears out of the viewer and, I am sure, many people have this drop rolled down their cheeks. I felt like I was watching a movie that was too children’s, which was created for educational purposes for young schoolchildren to see how not to behave. Throughout the film, I felt like I was being spoon-fed with something very, very sweet and tart, saying '. This one's bad! And this is a good & #39.
Every character in this film is positive. Everyone! Even the guy who was the bad guy for the whole movie is going to make a good boy in the end. The names of some characters will even be written on the whole screen and tell some incomprehensible, sugary story, so that they do not seem so bad to us. And from this, closer to the middle, it becomes nauseous. It was as if I was pressing my eyes to make them cry. There is betrayal, there is love with friendship, there is the death of an animal that does not care, tears of joy, sorrow, grief. All in all, it's all there is.
But the boy himself, indeed, as it is said in the film, is the sun around which the planets revolve. Everyone is around him, not just his family. The teachers are all kind, the headmaster at the end of the film reminded another headmaster who shouted '100 points to Griffindor' the boy’s sister understands, everyone is ready to rush to his aid immediately, except for a couple of boys who tease. It did not feel that this boy was somehow deprived of care, kindness and love. Many people look contemptuously? Well, they can look at any school pariah who shits on the insignia.
The movie is definitely good. As kind and touching as possible. The young viewer will surely draw from it a lot of useful and correct. But, just for a young audience, this film was made. For an adult viewer who suddenly wants to watch a serious drama, this film will become a lump in the throat from a lump of sugar stuck there and improbability.
We're all different! But it is from our dissimilarity that the world is formed! We're all residents of the same village called Earth. Let's live together!!!
“Be kind, because we’re all fighting an uphill battle, and if you want to get to know people better, you just have to look.”
In life, everyone lacks a miracle. It seems that it does not exist and was invented only to comfort human feelings. But after watching the film by Alexander Proshkin, it seems that the miracle is found in everyday life in almost everything: in our environment, in all its manifestations, in people themselves and their actions. Every time you watch this film, heartbreaking emotions overtake, tears involuntarily come. Time and time again, it reaches the depths of the soul, touches every cell of the body. Every time I remain under a great impression of the soulfulness, touching and fullness of this plot.
A film about kindness, about accepting life, oneself and one’s shortcomings, about moral qualities and life values of a person.
The main character of the film is an ordinary boy named Auggie with primitive desires and hobbies. However, it is not like the others, due to congenital pathology. After undergoing 27 operations, there comes a time when Auggie needs to gather her thoughts, take all her power in hand and step out of her helmet and virtual world into the real world.
It’s not easy for Auggie to accept the fact that he’s not like everyone else, constantly repeating to his mom, 'I’m a freak. Auggie painfully endures the days at school, bullying classmates. Teenagers are very violent. The film shows that a person can be hurt or hurt not only by a word or action, but also by an ordinary look. People pay close attention to the appearance, forgetting how important the inner peace and moral qualities of people are. If not like everyone else, then in society immediately puts a stigma on a person.
Classmates ignored the gifted mind, abilities in learning, a beautiful inner world and moral qualities of Auggie.
Many teenagers have faced rejection of themselves and their lives. But how important it is to help, guide and support a child in such a difficult period of self-knowledge. In this, Auggie was greatly helped by his loving family: his mother, who after the birth of her son completely devotes herself to his upbringing and development; his father, who always supports and jokes to defuse the situation, as well as his older sister Olivia, a very sensitive and understanding girl who sacrifices the attention of her parents, realizing that her brother needs it more.
Without such a beautiful and kind family for Auggie would be a real test to go through all the difficulties alone.
How good that the boy remained himself without losing everything that his parents put in him.
What I really liked about the film is that the storyline does not stop at one character, but reveals in detail each individual character. In turn, this helps to objectively judge situations from different sides.
I would like to mention the head of the school - the wisest person. He amazed me with his honesty, justice and nobility. This is what a real person should be. So I would like to end with the words that the director said at the end of the film: ' Greatness lies not in power, but in applying it correctly. Great is the man whose strength has inspired more hearts by his actions.39
It's all about a beautiful boy whose name is Miracle.
I wanted to emphasize the topic of friendship. The main character actually had no friends. He had good parents, a loving sister and her girlfriend. They gave him great support. He had an unusual appearance due to illness, and he was very ashamed of it. When he had to go to school, he was more developed and smart with his classmates. Although many were repelled by his appearance, but Auggie’s qualities attracted the guys. It is always difficult for new people to join the team and find friends.
The film shows how difficult the friendship between Auggie and his classmates developed. There was a boy in the class who humiliated Auggie, so the boys were afraid to be friends with him for fear of ridicule. As the Bible says:' Fear of people is a trap. . . 39; (Proverbs 29:25).
We all need close friends who care about us and whose friendship brings us joy, strength and peace. The Bible reminds us, ' that there is a friend more attached than a brother.' Auggie's desire to have close friends is natural and in the film it is very well shown. It tells the story of not only this one boy, but the circumstances of each individual character. Each of them deserves applause, because they all coped with the trials that met on their way. I want to note the wonderful performance of the cast and the work of the director. I recommend everyone watch this movie with the whole family.
A good movie about how hard it is to be different than everyone else. Auggie, a boy with a facial deformity is very difficult to go to a regular school and face rejection and ridicule of peers. But it turns out that everything is not so bad - he manages to find friends, and get a medal for his quiet strength, and see his parents and sister in a new way, to understand that their lives are filled with not only caring for him, and this is completely normal.
Watching with children is a must. Reading is even more imperative.
It is not so easy to find a movie that you can watch with a 10-year-old boy, so that it is not boring for both mother and son, so that it is not another comic book or remake, but something with a good, kind message, original and unbeaten. Sadly, the niche of family cinema, about real people and real life, is now in deep crisis. I became interested in this film because my son was a literary primary source in school, and I read a book with him — and I was glad that the children read such books, discuss them, and draw the right conclusions.
The main impression is a high-quality, diligent, not devoid of original artistic solutions, but clearly not a masterpiece adaptation. The book is much deeper - but it's also a good movie to watch, especially after all the brain gum that Marvel's kids are sniffing out.
So, there lives the boy Auggie (abbreviated from Augustus), a boy as a boy, with a standard set of boyish interests, only born with a rare pathology, because of which the attending physician fainted. He had undergone 27 plastic surgeries and never went to school. His parents decided it was time to come to reality. The relationship between Auggie and his new school world during the first academic year forms the outer outline of the narrative.
The author of the book deliberately gave her hero a loving family with material wealth - this allows you not to consider the problems that most often arise in families where there are children with serious health problems. The boy was not refused in the hospital, his father did not abandon his mother to deal with all the difficulties, his parents can afford expensive treatment, private school and moreover – keep idealistic relations between themselves, which are only in Hollywood films. Most children with non-standard problems are not so lucky. But this is a film for children, and all of the above are problems of adults and not about them. This ideal environment allows you to focus only on the inner world of his underage heroes. Auggie, his sisters and their classmates. The film follows the book and shows the story from the point of view of not only the main character, but also his environment. And then it turns out that this story is not about Auggie, but about everyone else. Everyone has their sorrows – they’re just not as conspicuous as Auggie’s looks. Someone has emotionally cold or busy parents, someone has a modest family budget, because of which in a private school, studying on a scholarship, you feel like a stranger, someone has the loss of one of the parents. And even the point of view of the main character’s sister – an understanding but terribly lonely girl who so lacks attention – is represented in the film. Why is it that those who suffer are the most kind to Auggie? Is it impossible to cultivate empathy and acceptance of others without personal drama? Do you want to watch movies like this as a child?
An important point raised in the book is the nature of bullying. The main antagonist of the book and the film – Julian – did not come to the role of the aggressor. The film introduced a scene with his parents, which the book was shown only through correspondence with the Director. It is then that it becomes clear that a lack of compassion, empathy, and a sense of superiority over others and aggression are nurtured by skilled adult hands. Children are a reflection of the value system that their parents have. At some point, you begin to sympathize with Julian, who begins to understand that something important was missed in life, but it will not catch up.
The film looks very easy – it is focused primarily on children, important things are presented at an accessible level of complexity. High quality acting jobs - but hand on heart, Julia Roberts and Owen Ulson could be replaced by any first-league cast. Especially Owen Ulson, who doesn’t look like a man who can provide a family with a comfortable existence in Manhattan. The complexity of such films is in the actors of children. And they're the ones who play really well here, especially Jacob Tremblay, who had to play in a complicated makeup or helmet. The film itself is tailored according to classical Hollywood patterns, with a happy ending that invariably causes tears. As the book covers an entire school year, many important events were left behind, and some important scenes turned crumpled, such as a fight with seventh-graders in the woods. The film is a bit fabulous – and that’s why you can watch it with kids between the ages of 8 and 12. It is when children consciously learn the humane attitude to others, the ability to choose between good and bad, but also believe that good overcomes evil. For teenagers, something more realistic, like “Stuffed”. And adults – here has grown, it has grown, if there is no humane system of values, then they do not understand.
In general, my opinion is to watch and read, it is necessary to discuss with children. In a world where children watch movies like this, all is not lost.
A wonderful film, a wonderful play of actors. August is softened outwardly with respect to the character of the book, but in general the story is conveyed correctly. Julia Roberts is beautiful and convincing in this role, I respected her even more. The film is very good for watching and discussing the story with teenagers.
Sadness, pain, laughter, fun, longing, anger.
Here’s just a little bit of what I felt when I watched this movie. I am quite skeptical about the genre of “family cinema”, which at first seemed to me “Miracle”. But it turned out that this is a drama filled with all possible meanings, which I will advise everyone to watch. Especially children with their parents.
Children’s age is associated not only with joy and fun, alas, children can be much more cruel than adults, and the school turns into a real field of gladiatorial fights.
You don't have to stand out, you don't have to be different, especially outwardly. Your clothes, your face, your bike and your mom's breakfast sandwiches shouldn't stand out too much. But the main character of the movie "Miracle" Auggie Pullman is very different. It is as different as possible, only externally. At heart, he is an ordinary boy with ordinary interests. But do his new classmates see that? They only look at his face.
Auggie had to face a misunderstanding, but also a true friendship. And this cannot but rejoice and inspires hope that there is more good in the world than good.
I think Miracle isn’t just about Auggie, it’s about being kind in the world. Kindness in the family (a special thanks to the super-screen couple Owen Wilson and Julia Roberts), kindness of friends, kindness within yourself.
Being good in an evil world is a miracle.
Jack Toth is a ten-year-old boy, the headmaster asked him to look after a new student who came to the fifth grade, and before that was homeschooled.
August Pullman (Auggie) is a new student, a boy with an unusual appearance.
He has Treacher Collins syndrome, disfigured his face: 1 case in 4 million.
Auggie's doctors performed 27 surgeries, but his appearance is still very different from that of other people. He's used to people who see him for the first time getting scared and looking away. On the street, he often goes out in an astronaut's helmet, presented by his sister's girlfriend.
Otherwise, this is an ordinary child: intelligent, well-read, mobile. He grows up in a loving family, where there is a mother, father, older sister Via and dog Desi.
But you can not spend your whole life at home, going out into the street in the space & #39; helmet. The parents decide to send the boy to a regular school, first talking to the headmaster. And he asks three students to become for a new student ' school godparents'. But not everyone has managed to cope with this role, and quite the opposite.
The film is not about the cruelty of children and not about the suffering of Auggie, but about how the attitude of schoolchildren to a child who is different from them externally changes. And Jack Toth is changing.
Both the book and the film show how family, friends and Auggie himself talk about their experiences and doubts, and they believe and sympathize as real people.
Both mother, father, and sister appear to be loving people, without the support of which the boy would most likely have broken his psyche.
And, of course, a film about kindness, about the acceptance of others who look different from them.
The main role in the film was played by Jacob Tremblay, he has a very complex makeup, I even believed that this is a real face.
All the actors are very convincing, it seems that you are watching a documentary. I recommend for family viewing, especially parents of those children who have problems with socialization, who are ' not like their peers.

“Miracle” tells about a family where there is a mother, father, daughter, son and dog. and, as the description says, the boy has a rare genetic disease, because of which he has no face, and behind 27 plastic surgeries. And one day he has to leave the house, get out of his astronaut helmet and go to a regular school.
The film reveals all the main characters, which is sometimes very much lacking in films, telling the story of each from their perspective. This is an interesting move, which is perhaps made to teach us never to judge people by first impressions, because we do not know who this person is or what is going on in his world.
It also teaches you to treat people who are different from you as you are. Appearance is not the main thing, because if a person has a big heart, you will fall in love with this heart, and everything else will not matter.
I highly recommend watching Miracle because it breaks the heart and then puts it back together. He is kind, wise, true and about life.
10/10 for donated emotions.
“Greatness lies not in power, but in applying it correctly. Great is the man whose strength has inspired more hearts by his actions.
J. R. Palacio lived in New York with her husband, two sons and dogs. For more than 20 years she was an art director, graphic designer, developer of book covers, but in 2012 she, unknown to anyone, decided to write a novel.
A few years later, this novel decided to move to the big screen, it was allocated 20 million dollars. The director of the film was appointed Stephen Chbosky, he also wrote the script of the film, and the main roles were invited Owen Wilson, Julia Roberts and Jacob Tremblay, more than sure that such an eminent caste was for unnecessary advertising of the film.
The plot of the film tells about a boy named Auggie who lives an ordinary life. Like other boys his age, he likes to go to his friends’ birthday parties, play computer games, play with his dog, fight and put up with his older sister, and is a huge Star Wars fan. It seems that Auggie is no different from other children. But in fact, he is not - due to a congenital rare disease, the boy's face is deformed. He had to undergo 27 operations. In this regard, Auggie from the first grade was homeschooled. But the moment has come when he has to go to school and be among ordinary children. In order not to be laughed at, he puts on an astronaut's helmet, but he will not be able to walk in it sooner or later, he will have to remove it.
The actors showed a great game, you believe them, empathize with them, hate and love, Everyone has their own image, their own character traits, their own life apart from the camera, the feeling that this is a real story, and you watch a documentary, the actors, as if they live their role, they were directly born for it. Acting is one of the main advantages of this film, it causes a storm of emotions, from hatred of one character to tears for another.
This heartbreaking story is not just about a little boy who is different. But also the story of his family and friends - those who live with him and who encounter him. This film describes various problems in our current world. What is it like for a child to be surrounded by other, “normal” children who will bully him, say unpleasant statements, not realizing that they bring him pain and suffering? But even in such a “rotten” society there is one person who will not say bad things or laugh – a friend. It is friendship that helps Auggie in difficult moments, he ceases to notice ridicule from classmates, but just lives and enjoys life.
The film "Miracle" was clean and touching. He's sincere, and that always pays off. It would seem that it is removed without any special delights, sometimes too straightforward, but you believe him and want to believe. It has a charge of positivity and kindness. This is a really good movie. As mentioned earlier, the picture is not focused only on little Auggie Pullman – there are many plot lines and almost every hero is given the right to vote. In such films, you understand that friendship and kindness are the main qualities that a person has and that depend on each other, without kindness you will never find a normal and good friend, and without a friend you will never be a normal person.

Every movie does not come to me by chance. Probably not. It comes, it is, and I fill it with a special meaning for me, often I look for and find parallels to my life, I think a lot why this particular movie and in the end, of course, it falls into the category of non-random. And in general, I like to highlight certain moments in the paintings. They may be the last line conceived by the director, but for myself I see a lot of meaning in them.
“Wander”, as you understand, also fell into a non-random collection, mainly because it is about a child, and not one, and this is still very relevant. A typical American family, a mother with a Hollywood smile, an understanding father and two children. How important it was to understand the eldest daughter, who was also loved, carried, cherished and cherished until the birth of a brother, with deviations. It requires not just attention from parents, but more attention. And the daughter, they say, well, I understand everything, justified her parents in her eyes that the brother needed more and drowned out her pain about the lack of love and attention. I'm fascinated by how it's shown in a mother's memory that her last good memories with her daughter are her birthday, so 10 years ago, of course, before the birth of Miracle. And so much understanding that for 10 years the daughter was just somewhere near and wore the status of a daughter, older sister and maybe even a nanny. From the side (in Miranda's eyes) they have a perfect family and a sin to complain. But how deep is the rabbit hole in matters of education and psychology? There is no end and even those who are happy inside can be deeply unhappy. Even the main character himself at some point can say, and think, and feel that he is not loved enough and this is normal. Because the closer, the closer. The closer the parent-child relationship, the more sensual everything and more demanding is that.
The second thought – again, relevant for our family – is home education. By sending the child to school, everyone won. He gained friends, girlfriends, companionship, joy and just became even happier despite the difficulties. The mother, who at first is shown bored without studying with him, suddenly finishes her dissertation, pays attention to her daughter, often has dinner with her husband. Profit for the whole family. I remember a girl from the United States who had been homeschooled all her life said she would never deprive her child of her future public school. And in general, how unhappy she is that her parents kept her at home for 10 years, somehow.
You could even watch the film with children, it is so kind and easy.
