Even better than the first part. This year I first came across a new Christmas movie, Mrs. Miracle. It's completely unknown, it's a TV format. But I think I've seen all the famous Christmas movies, so I'm excited about something new.
I liked the first part of the story about Mrs. Miracle because of Mrs. Miracle. Such a kind, a little curious, but heartfelt and compassionate heroine! Therefore, I was glad to learn that the story has a sequel, and I was glad to see it.
I liked “Mrs. Miracle in Manhattan” even more than the first part, although this is rarely the case with sequels. The sequel looks somehow more modern, the picture is better, and it is almost imperceptible that the movie is a TV format.
I also liked the story better. First, most of the action takes place in a toy store on Christmas Eve. Isn't this a fabulous place? Secondly, the plot seemed to me more interesting and deeper than in the first part. In the second part of the nanny-angel Mrs. Miracle helps not only children, but even mostly adults. She is sent to save Christmas in Findlay’s department store, save his young manager’s career, restore his father the spirit of Christmas, help a boy whose father is in a hot spot, help a young designer – the boy’s aunt and many others.
It reminds me of Miracle on 34th Street. Except instead of Santa Claus, there's Mrs. Miracle. A toy store and lovers in this story, too.
A wonderful and very festive film! Too bad he's so unknown. It seems that there is nothing intricate in him, but he is kind, it is nice to plunge into his atmosphere for a while and believe that a miracle can happen in the life of everyone.
