The film is curious "feminine" look in it: frankly reflected the underside of the soul of a typical, probably ordinary inhabitant of the center of Moscow at the turn of the 80s and 90s, loving thoroughbred dogs and ready (without sparing effort and time to escalate the conflict, which could be considered and exhausted) not to restrain yourself, so that famously - with the support, of, of course, on state controlling and law enforcement agencies - put in place those who encroached on their comfortable way. And she does not hear men nearby who could keep her: one does everything in his own way, and the worse, the other is tame, but therefore not quite a man. There is also a fundamental problem with superiors in intellectual work. Another - counters with socially unworthy characters from the surroundings: sour under the cold steel gaze of the heroine, an unclean vegetable seller (a bright image in the film), and an arrogant loader who turned out to be a real - can even lash out! - criminal. Life is full...
The plot is crowned by a dramatic drama with the tragic death of a tailed pet, but the film still ends with hope. If there is a female film at all, this is it.
A film with a pretentious title, unpretentious directing and ordinary, in general, acting works.
