Interestingly, in the open access on the well-known video hosting you can find the eponymous series lasting almost 10 hours with the same cast. And that's just the first part. At the time of writing, the second, third, fourth and (maskara - "oh, horror" - kaz.!) fifth seasons came out. Well, it's worth a look. Especially for those who study the Kazakh spoken language: the series is accompanied by subtitles in Russian. Yes, there are comedic moments, but this is not a comedy in the full sense of the word. It's not easy being a daughter-in-law, and even younger. And besides, from the city to get to the village, where even the Internet can be “caught” only by climbing a tall tree. I would draw the attention of the audience to the game of Leilo Beknazar. Recently I watched with her participation an amazing series "Mother's Heart" (Kaz. "Ana Zhuregim"). It is a pity that neither on Kinopoisk nor on this resource there is not a single mention of this wonderful example of modern Kazakh cinematography. P.S. After watching about seven hours of the first season, I came to the conclusion that the series will still be more interesting to female audiences than male. By the way, after a while I got acquainted with the full-length film. The plot is somewhat different, although it continues the idea of the original series. In contrast to the last full-length version I watched until the very end. The film, albeit casually, touches on the topic of relations with China, which is quite vital for Kazakhstan. And the ending is clearly not appreciated by viewers who adhere to an atheistic view of the world. But that's just my guess. . .
