Piple grabs Once again, I am indignant at how such products can be released. The plot is simple, it has been building comedies in Hollywood for so many years. The beast, in this case the chipmunks who copied the slogan from the wonderful cartoon "Chip and Dale: Hurry to the rescue," hits the city for reasons that always remain unclear. As a result, in the city, the kids find the only refuge that reminds them of a house: the dirty and cluttered house of some composer - loser Dave.
It is a brilliant idea to make a trio-blind mole out of a participant who wears glasses taken from a toy Santa Claus. Chipmunks deify the family and love Christmas, apparently in this case the emphasis was on children. Then the squeaky trio meets the “good” producer Uncle Jan and makes them “stars of rock”, who sing for some reason frank pop. But, of course, everything ends very well.
It’s hard to say what the writers did to come up with this. But Tim Hill did not need to think at all, well, there are enough melodramas now, there is something to take an example from, plus a little from the film “From the eye out of the chart out.”
Oh, I almost forgot, the end of the film is a frank parody of "Mouse Hunt," at least I remembered Gore Verbinski with an unevil quiet, enthusiastic word, looking at the catavasia happening on the screen. I did not like the work of the operator.
Of course, I pay special attention to music and songs. Personally, I just couldn't listen quietly to these creations. If just the music does not sound perfect, but at least tolerable, then when they start singing chipmunks, you want to throw something heavy on the speakers. Also, the type of chipmunks is important. To say that drawn genius, new and fresh - it is impossible. We saw the same work at Garfield and Stuart Little.
As for the actors, I didn’t like many scenes. For example, the scene when Dave smoked chipmunks at the beginning of the film. Well, it's just wild to watch as some kind of, in appearance very psychotic, a man hits with something in the wall kitchen drawers and knocks out the food stacked well by statisticians.
Not a masterpiece. But is such a film expected to be brilliant? So, I will not hide, I did not expect more, yet not the scale of the picture. So I think, in a particular case, the phrase Uncle Ian said, "Piple scoops." And it's true. You will laugh at the somewhat familiar antics of “squirrels”, unless, of course, you are an exquisite comedy gourmet.
