North Korea has uncovered (or perhaps itself) an underground printing press that prints fake dollars from very high-quality matrices. The capture was entrusted to Colonel Chha, who decided to take the matrices and flee with them and reliable subordinates to South Korea. But his subordinate Lieutenant Lim arrived early, intending to honestly fulfill his duty to capture counterfeiters. He was not initiated into Chha's plans. As a result, there was a firefight between the officers. Lim miraculously survived, but Chha kills his wife.
Now Limu is tasked with finding and destroying Chha and returning the matrices. That's what cooperation is all about. In Seoul, Lim was given the help of a lunatic detective who was still tasked with monitoring Lim’s actions and finding out the true purpose of the cooperation. This brings a comedic note to the plot, which turned out to be somewhat silly. But the situation is saved by hand-to-hand scenes with the use of martial arts. It's the movie's luck.
The movie is passable. You can see from nothing to do.
