The movie is strong. Shot on a real story with the Kyshtym dwarf, but added a lot of new. The performance is good: people are shown, characters are revealed, sometimes there are even special effects. The problem is very acutely depicted - that there is a pancake, a contact, under the nose, but due to the fact that grayness has to work with this, sick people, alcoholics, bureaucrats, everything is covered in the bud. With such people, even on Red Square, sit down - you will not make contact. The sad, everyday truth is that idiots are people.
I also want to talk about the inconsistency of the real story. Of course, much has been changed and added here, but the central idea is reflected correctly, as it happened in life: the body of the creature has been slapped by the monstrous negligence and indifference of both drunkards and doctors. The film views the creature as an alien, in life it was, of course, just a freak with the syndrome of a shamrock-shaped skull. In addition, in the film, the scientist says that the Greys are a friendly race of researchers, but according to the conventional version (of science fiction and conspiracy theorists) they are just a hostile race, devoid of all humanism and not destroying us just because they use us. If the filmmakers took up ufology, then why should it be so turned upside down? Or do they not know where they are going?
