As a child, in addition to studying, Oksana’s day was densely filled with classes in the music school and sports section. In 1979, she graduated from the University, becoming a master of sports in rhythmic gymnastics.
In 1980, after graduating from general education and music schools, she entered the Faculty of Journalism of LSU, after which from 1985 to 1991 she worked in the youth editorial office of the 5th channel of the Leningrad television studio.
Known her monthly programs “Lady Luck” and “Man of the result”, which were on TV screens in 1991-1992.
