Sergey Sagitovich Ainutdinov was born on July 20, 1953 in the capital of Russia. He grew up among the military intelligentsia, and, as it was believed in those circles, from the age of five, the boy began to be sent to various circles and studios. At first, Sergey studied well and was fond of sports. However, during the transitional age, at 13, he got to the Moscow Film Festival. Then his fate was decided.
After graduating from school, Ainutdinov entered the Kirov Ural Polytechnic Institute, which he graduated in 1976. However, Sergey did not intend to become an engineer, but wanted to become an artist. In 1978, his first graphic works were published in the newspaper “Evening Sverdlovsk”. Sergey received his second education at the Department of Animation Film Directing of the VKSR. Since 1989, Ainutdinov has been working at the Sverdlovsk Film Studio as a director and animator.
