From 1980 to 1983 he worked in Leningrad at the Leninsky Komsomol Theatre, where he was engaged in 14 performances, including: “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” by W. Shakespeare (Lisander), “Cunning Lover” by Lope de Vega (Lucindo), etc. From 1983 to 1985 he worked in the Academic Theatre of Comedy named after N. P. Akimov. From 1985 to 1990 he was an artist of the Chamber Philharmonic, where he made a number of concert programs. Among them: “Citizen of the Universe” (Mikhail Lunin), “Creativity and wonderworking” (Boris Pasternak), “Spoot” (Chaadaev and Pushkin), “Russian poets of the X VIII century”, “Poets of the Tsar’s Village”. For the solo performance “The Queen of Spades” A.S. Pushkin in 1987 received the Diploma of the All-Union Pushkin Competition. From 1990 to 1994 he worked in the State Hermitage as head of the art department and director of the Hermitage Theatre, in the opening of which he played an important role. In 1995, he was educated as a television director, having completed directing courses in Ostankino (Moscow).
In parallel with his work in the Hermitage Theatre, since 1991 he began to work in the St. Petersburg State Children's Musical Theatre, where he works to this day.
