Chandler Canterbury was born in 1998 in Houston (Texas), a city near which, as we know from the movies, there is a space flight control center. Astronautics, however, the young Chandler was not interested at all: he firmly knew that he would follow in the footsteps of his older brother Colby, who, although not a famous actor, still asceticized in this field. And the boy was lucky. In 2007, he took a cameo role in the TV series “Think Like a Criminal”, and in the same year, he together with his older brother starred in the Hollywood film “Gary, Tennis Coach”. For the episode in the series, he was awarded the Young Artist Award for Best Young Actor. He was then cast as Benjamin Button. The role is quite complex psychologically: an eight-year-old boy is at the same time a deep old man. “In a good way” for this role it would be necessary to take an experienced actor, but makeup an adult under a child, of course, was impossible. This role 10-year-old Chandler played with brilliance. And the invitations to the young actor fell one by one. In 2009, he appeared before the audience in three films at once - "Oxide", "Sign" and
"Life Beyond" .
In the next two years, fans could see the young actor in the movie Rippers and several seasons of the science fiction television series Edge. One of the famous works of Chandler Canterbury is in the film directed by Andrew Niccol “The Guest” based on the novel by Stephanie Meyer. He plays the younger brother of the main character.
