Arriving to understand the investigation of a large shortage of drugs, Anton receives a traumatic brain injury and ends up in the ambulance, where he meets Zolotov, who is fleeing trouble. Brothers in misfortune change positions and destinies, and for each of them begins a new story of life.
The new position has not only advantages, but also nuances that can turn in no way in favor of the heroes. Whether the truth will prevail and whether they will return to their former place, to their usual life, the film will show.
