The series marks the return of WWE programming on The CW, as the network previously aired SmackDown from 2006-2008. The show is taped on Tuesday evenings, prior to the SmackDown taping.
The show is rated TV-G, and due to being aimed specifically at children, it does not feature any moves or holds aimed at the head or neck due to what is seen as their violent nature.
