In the anime series Hyakka Ryouran: Samurai Bride, in some alternate reality, 21st century Japan is ruled by the Tokugawa family, and the country lives very isolated from the rest of the world. In this very world, the young warrior Muneakira, his childhood friend Princess Sen, as well as the rebel Yukimura and the mysterious Jubei Yagyu managed to prevent the conquest of Greater Japan by the eerie warlock Shiro Amakusa.
