Late-Blooming Sunflower (Osozaki no Himawari ~Boku no Jinsei, Renewal~) is a story about people who are busy finding their place in life, overcoming their insecurity and following their dreams.
Kodaira Zetaro (Toma Ikuta), the central character of the Japanese TV series Late Sunflower, is a calm, good-natured man who graduated from a private college and now works at the company as a part-time employee. He didn’t quite realize what he wanted to do, though he hopes to become a full-time employee.
But one day, Zetaro’s life takes a sharp turn – he is fired from his job, and at the same time leaves a friend with whom he dated for more than seven years. Upon his return to his parents’ home, he is confronted with the unpleasant discovery that his younger brother has now become the center of the family, having received a prestigious job.
Being unable to fit into the lives of his family, the hero of the TV series “Late blooming sunflower” finds an ad on the Internet, the authors of which invite volunteers to come to settle down life in the city of Shimanto, located on the island of Shikoku. Without hesitation, Zetaro is on his way. close
