Many lawyers consider themselves prophets, but Eli Stone may be the real deal. Eli has built a successful career at a top law firm in San Francisco representing only the biggest and richest corporations that make a habit of screwing over the little guy. But after experiencing a series of odd hallucinations, Eli seeks to find a deeper meaning to life while trying not to lose his job and destroy his relationship with the bosses' daughter. When Eli discovers an aneurysm in his brain, he wonders if his condition is truly medical or if perhaps he now has a higher calling.

Every generation has its own prophet It would seem that Eli Stone is an ordinary lawyer who is able to get out of the most complicated case, lives an ordinary life, if not for his visions that change everything. In them, he sees that he has to change something, and no one can do it except for him. The series is mostly comedic, but drama is also present in it. The comic of the situation is that visions always come to Eli at the most inopportune moment, it's very funny to watch him get out of it. The characters in the series are all very bright and memorable, which is worth at least a sarcastic secretary and a mystical Chinese doctor who turns out to be not at all mystical and not quite Chinese. One of the features of the series is that each series is named after one of the songs of George Michael, who himself took part in several episodes. Overall, a great series at times, which resembles a musical with great actors and plot. 9 out of 10 Original
