Monstrous mediocrity. After reading in the annotation that this is the story of the last years of my life, I thought that the film will have some morality at its end. Maybe thinking about what was worth doing, maybe not worth doing, maybe values. But there's none of that. Absolutely ordinary lady, with a head full of all sorts of nonsense, but with a lot of money. And the man who came to help her seemed to care for her. And here I just boiled - is it a feat that a person shows such a thing? Is that supposed to surprise anyone? Excuse me, but in every family, when caring for the elderly, there is no less concern, and there is nothing in it. It's a common household. What do these characters do for half an hour? Nothing. Just spending money on ordinary human wants. They make no volitional decisions, they do nothing interesting or unusual. That's all. Let me add that if we hypothetically exclude from the plot the factor of orientation of this very Bernard - absolutely nothing has changed. Not everyone would try to get into bed with this lady. Even men of ordinary orientation. The only aspect that caused positive emotions is the work of the operator. She's very good.
